Season 1, Episode 11 | 'Tsuzumi Mansion'

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba

*Per feedback in the comments :) the intro for this ep briefly includes me catching up all the Taisho Secrets from eps 2-10. Now that I'm all caught up, I plan to watch all intros/outros (including Taisho Secrets at the end) moving forward!

"New character! I think he's funny. " Good, because this whole journey is a lot less enjoyable if you're not amused by Zenitsu's antics 😅

There's a lot to say on the comparison between Stark and Zenitsu, but I think it's best for us to hold off on commenting on that for now since Kaye is still in the midst of both shows. We wouldn't want to spoil her impressions with our opinions that are formed with greater hindsight 🙂

So glad youre gonna watch the Taisho secrets going forward! They provide context to the characters personalities/quirks too. Some add more context than others.

You have to wonder what will it take to get Zenitsu in the fight. Maybe a demon flirting with a girl he’s interested in.

The thing that they eat is called onigiri. You'll be buried in information about it if you type it into Google.

Ok I'm glad you see it toooo!! I wasn't sure if it was 'cool' or typical as a reactor to compare as much as I tend/want to between the shows I'm watching. I always try to find parallels to my own life and other content I'm absorbing at the time, idk my brain loves finding parallelism and similarities that connect us all I think 😊💫✨ But ANYWAY, I'm super excited to hear what you have to say, when the time comes of course (appreciate the no spoilers always 🙏) around your thoughts on Stark and Zenitsu bc I love them both so much and it feels hard not to notice how they'd be best friends imo haha

I'm excited too!! So many ppl hit on it and I didn't even know that segment was way at the end there, totally my bad, but had to go back and watch them all ofc. I'll be watching intros/outros fully now, love them ✨

Lmao fair point haha can you imagine. Idek what I would do with a human/demon enemy-to-lover crossover lol
