I'm a pathetic loser nerd who is obsessed with One Piece and it's lore. I can explain this in a fairly condensed fashion. Feel free to contact me if you every need a One Piece lore expert for some insane reason. Context on Celestial Dragons: they are the villains. One Piece throughout has a lot of political themes that have yet to be fully developed enough to tack to a specific ideology but generally seem radical left leaning (but there's enough wiggle room that a sloppy libertarian reading is possible). So, (all spoilers) in One Piece, there is a one world government that exists for the benefit of a single ruling class who view themselves as gods and call themselves the celestial dragons. They are analogs to billionaires, openly owning and trafficking in slaves despite it being illegal, are subject to no laws, commit genocide without any restraint (in one instance as a source of prey for an organized human hunt) and the look down on all other people (wearing essentially an astronaut helmet when they leave their enclave to not breathe the same air). So, they are the people in the Epstein black book and this guy is either got a wild interpretation of that story OR he's referring to something else.

Re the Pelosi hammer attack - I have had multiple clients who have hit people in the head with hammers. In almost every case the injuries are a lot less than you would think. Hey, I'm a CO2 laser technician! The industrial kind, not the face kind. We cut inch-thick steel with them. That said, CO2 lasers come in all power levels, they range from a couple watts up to the ones I work on, which are up to 10,000 watts. I'm sure some places do gentler 10,600nm treatments :) I got hit in the face with one (1) pulse of 4,000W CO2 laser a few years ago and lemme tell ya I am glowing (no really it took some of my acne scars away after the bandages came off)
