There's a Sex Pistols book about their 1978 American tour called 12 Days on the Road, by Noel E. Monk and Jimmy Guterman, one of whom I think was a roadie on the tour. It heavily features Tom Forcade, who seems like he's trying to insert himself into their tour as a documentarian or something. I haven't read it in years, but I remember Forcade coming off like a big asshole.

Its funny brace and liz mentioned the faintings at shows last year, because i have definitely responded to medical emergencies as an emt of multiple faintings at music and comedy shows over the years and almost all of them involved the patient, often a smaller individual getting too high and experiencing syncope.
