The soundtrack for this show really is top tier. I need a whole playlist of all the songs they use so bad. Sakura remembering the fight with KEEL and reflecting on what Kanji said last episode about winning not being their goal is really interesting. It clashes with a lot of his main desires in a fight. It sounded cool coming from Kanji, but one of Sakura's biggest wishes is to protect EVERYONE he cares about, and to protect everyone, he has to win. He doesn't want to have to take a loss anywhere because that means, to him, that he has failed. It's a hard decision and it pains him to make it, but with Suo's support he does what has to be done here, even if it meant leaving Kanji behind. Names in this show tend to be flashed on screen during their introduction but they're like a vertical tag in Japanese so the romaji subtitle next to it can be hard to read. You won't find any spoilers if you look up members of Roppo Ichiza if you really want to know those main guys names, though other than Kanji I think only 3 are named - Akihito Miyoshi, the guy with the long blond hair, Shogo Hidaka, the big guy with the buzz cut, and Ritsu Otowa, the guy with the peach colored hair. I'd say they're probably Roppo Ichiza's equivalent to the Four Kings. I absolutely adore the twins so far and their fighting style is so cool. I think each of the Four Kings (and possibly by extension, their teams at large) have a type of "style" associated with them. Hiragi and his seconds are kind of like the brute force group. Hiragi himself is pretty much a tank, not counting his stress-induced stomach issues, and so are his seconds, Yanagida and Matsumoto, are the same, as we saw in the very first episode of season 1. Kaji would probably also fall into that category though while he's physically strong he's also agile on top of that. Tsubaki's group I think could be categorized as graceful. Tsubaki is a dancer and I think based on their fighting style, the twins may also have some similar type of arts background or appreciation. It's interesting that the author chose to make them follow different themes like that and the diverse fighting styles make the fight choreography so much more entertaining.

"What is this guy?" - a victim of circumstances, that's what. Yeah, Suzuri is frustrated, but not entirely in the way you probably think. He's in deep denial, because he can't afford not to be, not in his situation. As Tsubaki noted, and what can be gathered from him talking about food, Suzuri's whole being is about survival, literally living from meal to meal, hence he takes everything that isn't absolutely necessary as wasteful. But also, you said correctly that this fight is about protecting someone/dreams vs hunger and survival, but it's also not that simple. We'll see more in the next ep, so I'll stop here, but I'm glad you caught onto the survival drive of Gravel.

I love seeing how impactful sakuras upperclassman are to his growth. I hope this leads to closer relationships with them as we watch him in his journey with his vice captains.
