EVELYN’S DEV DIARY #9 — SPECIAL: Getting ready for Halloween 🎃 (Patreon)

Hi again. ♡

I’ve been getting ready for Halloween lately…

And apparently, that also means getting my phone ready. 😈

Since Devilish is a Special Edition, I wanted this night to feel a little different from the main story — even when you’re just looking through my phone.

So, here’s a little look at what’s been added so far. ♡

🎃 A new Halloween Lock Screen

I suppose I needed something a little more appropriate for the occasion.

And yes… that’s me. 😏

🎵 12 new Halloween tracks

My Music app now has 12 additional Halloween tracks, added especially for the atmosphere of the Special.

Don’t worry — the 10 tracks from the main game are still there too. Nothing was replaced.

I just have a much more questionable playlist now. ♡

🖼️ 10 new Halloween wallpapers

I’ve also added 10 new Halloween wallpapers to the library.

The 10 wallpapers from the main game are staying as well, so you’ll have 20 wallpapers in total to choose from during the Special.

Some are cozy.

Some are spooky.

And some just look really pretty at 2:40 in the morning while wearing devil horns. 😈

🌍 And… localization has begun

This one isn’t just for Halloween. ♡

I’ve also started slowly working on the localization system for Unlike Me.

The first languages are already making their way into the game:

English • Русский • Türkçe • Português (Brasil) • Deutsch

There’s still a lot of text to work through — and when I say a lot, I really mean it. 😅

So localization will be added gradually. But the system is now taking its first steps, and eventually, I want more of you to be able to experience my story in your own language. ♡

Meanwhile, Devilish is continuing to come together behind the scenes — new photos, costumes, the story itself… and a certain little app I probably shouldn’t have installed.

But we’ll talk about that another time. ♡

For now, my phone is getting ready for Halloween.

And apparently, it’s learning a few new languages along the way. 😏
