Content

It is Assistaloon again.

Shirtaloon is still in the ICU, but doctors tell him that he is starting to recover. At this point chapters are unlikely before June.

The release of Book 12 will be unaffected.

The well wishes of his patreons has been wonderful in this trying time, and we wish to thank you all.

For those who have asked, cards can be sent to:

P.O. Box 2147

Howrah, Tasmania 7018

Australia.

Adam Murphy

Fair play that’s no joke - best of luck mate

3rdImpact

Dear Travis, Get well soon. Glad to hear you are recovering! Taking that as an implication that you have managed to not shit out your soul yet! I imagine it would have been Hart for any malediction to deal with an enormous soul like your anyways so it was just a matter of time really. After all of you can make Jason shut up for a while what is there that you can not manage! Take your time . Heal/recover well. Maybe find a way to enjoy something in your circumstances I hope there is some tiny gem in all this shit storm for you! You have been helping us through hard times with your stories. At least for me you did. And for that I qm truly grateful! Sending you all.the good vibes hugs, helps and cleanses I can imagine. We will be patient with you ( xP) You are great and it is great that you are here ! Keep up the good fight. P.S. thanks for Assistaloon of keeping us informed!

Jon

Get Better soon!

Joseph Nicholson

Assistaloon, thank you so much for keeping us updated. Hang in there, I know what it's like when a friend is sick and isolated. Let Shirt know from all of us that we're all wishing him the best.

Akuyo

Best wishes and a speedy recovery. I am more than happy to continue the support via patreon regardless of chapter releases. No need to push yourself too quickly for our sakes!

Aubrey Listi

Im just happy that he seems to be on the mend. Take your time in recovering. Convalesance sucks, but do it right. Can we send flowers? Chocolates? A strippergram? I feel like the ICU might allow the last one, I work in a hospital. Do we know what caused it? What are the chances of it coming back? (You don't have to answer, I'm just worried about him)

Richard Burgmann

Dear Assistaloon, thanks for the update, great to hear Shirtaloon is on the mend, terrifying to know he is in ICU. Please tell him not to worry about Patreon, it is the nature of Patrons to look after their people and the OVERWHELMING impression I have from the comments that most if not all my fellow patrons are of a similar mind. Get well, we have your back. Best wishes Rick.

Joe Woodhouse

Hoping that a full recovery will be unequivocally his thing.

Justin Hunsberger

I hope he gets better soon, but don't rush it. Though I will probs cancel my membership before it renews if nothing changes to the tiers, like a discounted annual option, or if he pauses payments. Maybe change all the prices to $1 until he gets better? I am not trying to be insensitive to the situation but I don't have it in my budget to spend money on something I am not receiving any gains from.

TheCrazyDuck

Best wishes and all hopes that Shirt makes a speedy and complete recovery.

Danyo

We love you!

Wade Roberts

Best of luck recovering! Hope you're back up and kicking soon! No worries on the chapters, take time and heal!

René Blaser

Thank you for the Update. I join all the others here in wishing him well and that he will have a complete recovery. Love. René

Marty P.

Hoping and praying for a full recovery, no matter how long that takes, so take your time and do it right. And throw Neil a sandwich for good measure.

Aviel

Stephen Jackson

Shirt mate, best wishes and belief for a full recovery. Your health and wellbeing is critical to you and your family. We, your family in literature, feel the same and are holding your continued improvement and recovery close to our hearts.

Brian Glazier

Feel better shirt! We miss you and hope you don't have to suffer too long. This too shall pass, even if it passes like a kidney stone 🪨

Kyle J Smith

I’m truly grateful to hear he’s starting his journey of recovery. I will pray for him

Patrick Kenney

Damn. Glad to hear he’s improving, but still scary. Best of luck in a smooth healthy recovery

Andrew Q Dunckley

Recovery is all that matters. Glad he is improving!

Josh Sweet

I hope you feel better soon.

Braden Lambert

Any time I have seen something like this happen on patreon they have offered refunds the instant they came back. If your financial situation is truly desperate for the money now, you should cancel, but if it can spare a small buffer I'm sure you can ask for a monthly prorated refund when he gets back.

orja

Thx for the update hope everything turns out ok

patrick__starz

So glad to hear that Shirt is getting better!!!!

jrleonic leonard

Is “feed me your sins” an appropriate response? But seriously, get well soon buddy.

Shope

Wishing you a speedy recovery, Shirt! You got this. Thanks for the update, Assistaloon!

Kazren

I feel so bad for Travis. I really hope he heals swiftly, has no lasting side effects of whatever has caused him to be in the ICU for so long, and is pain free. Blessings to all of you involved in helping him, because he and his characters are very dear to me.

Adrian

Willing to you the speediest recovery and a restful mind. Worry not about Patreon. Just don't trip over any strippers on your way past that bordello fire when you leave the hospital 😅

RC157 McCoy

Shirt take whatever time is needed to get healed all the way. I'd rather no get chapters again this year and you reach 100% over you rushing back to it and having possible side effects or even a relapse. You're short is important to us but that means you are to brother

Poppy V

Sending best wishes on a great recovery, channel your inner Colin. Your fans across the world want you back, if that helps you focus on a positive topic. As for Patreon dues, I can only speak for myself, but you are welcome to keep mine, as meager as it is.

Avid_Lemon

Hoping you get better soon, bro.

Jennifer Nicholas

Sending you healing thoughts. You are awesome and I have no intention to stop my subscription. You just focus on getting well and the content will come whenever you are healthy and ready.

Paperfox

Rest up and feel better soon!

Chad

Get well Shirt, you been in my thoughts and I hope for a speedy recovery! 🙏

Greg Mat

Get well shirt, we're all rooting for ya

timothy heining

Hope you get well soon Please take all the time you need to full recover ill be leaving my patreon turn on the whole time wether chapters are happening or not so please take your time and heal up

Tom Whatley

Wishing you a speedy recovery

Tyler Wheeler

Thankyou assistaloon for keeping us up to date. I'm sure all any of us want is for shirt to get healthy again. And he can worry about more chapters after that. Get better soon shirt if nothing more than to get yourself home to relax there.

Sentwiz

Wishing for a thorough recovery. Take care of yourself <3

Cody Smith

Thanks for the update assistaloon. Tell shirt that we all just want him to recover. Make sure after he does get out of the hospital to take at least 2-3 months to recover further. I’d rather wait longer for chapters to resume when he does not feel well. Get well soon mate. We are all wishing you the best.

Ligeia

A card will be sent ASAP; I just hope it reaches Shirt before he's all better and goes home! Thank you SO MUCH, Assistaloon, for the updates; it really lessens my worries. I've known Shirt was in good hands, but knowing he's on the mend is good news. And to Shirt: Your ONLY job right now is to relax and focus on taking care of yourself and doing what the medicos want. DO NOT even THINK about chapters right now; you've been keeping up and absolutely CRAZY schedule for years now, so it's time to focus on you! Okay? And please know that your adoring fans are sending good wishes and thoughtful and prayers and virtual hugs to you every day! No writing deadline for new chapters matters right now! Only your health. (((HUGS)))

Ligeia

As will the majority of us, even if you're not piling up thousands of dollars in medical bills...sigh!

Melvin The Ball Buster

Goodness sounds like a rough time, hope you get better soon. ICU sounds quite serious 😳. At least quick care will be there 24/7.

McCainOffensive

Hang in there Shirt. As much as I'm sure we're all eagerly awaiting new chapters and answers to the many, many mysterious plot threads you've been dropping for years now, you come first. Take as long as you need and keep taking my money during that time. Even if someone stops the patreon in these trying times, I will find a way to send you my money. If it means post marking questionable amounts of American dollars, so be it.

Soli116

Chapters are contingent in health. Being well is more important than worrying about pacifying our habit. Please get well, be safe, and I hope your mum is as well as can be while you can't be there to help her.

Rich James

Take care to convalesce properly Travis. I know you'll want to get back to it when you feel the first of your health return, but coming out of ICU has a long recovery path, and trying to run before your body's used to a walking pace can be counterproductive. Take as long as you need, and add a little for safety at a very slow pace. We'll be here when you're back to full form, and we'll be cheering your recovery on from the sidelines..

helen oniszk

Thanks assistaloon. Must be a trying time for Shirtaloon, his family and friends. Love to all. Recovery over going back to work! Maybe a gradual comeback - one post a fortnight.

Vogarth

Feel better. Sending you all the best from the other side of the world,

Ninja Hamster

Thank you so much for the update assistaloon :( hope for a great recovery

Soah

Sending lots of love and well wishes to shirtaloon and family. We can all understand and wait and rather he recover to tip top shape after getting discharged esp since he was in ICU

Bean

Sending well wishes to the whole team him and his family!!

Elton Cranfill

Prayers and well wishes for your recovery, brother Shirt.

Malcolm

Get well soon 🙏🏿

Matt Turner

Glad to hear things are going better. The book can wait your health cannot.

Ben Reyes

Hey, this is the first time I’ve logged on in a while, I wasn’t even aware anything was wrong. I’m really sorry to hear this. I hope you get better, man. Wishing you a full and speedy recovery.

Alex Tewes

I hope that you get to read all these comments and see the support from your readers!

Pekka Kohonen

Hope it all goes well! Get well soon.

Joshua Kincheloe

Bro, I don’t know what happened to you, but I hope our thoughts and prayers can help carry you through this as a gift for all the hours you’ve given us. These are some of the best stories I’ve ever read and you’re an amazing talent. Thank you for all of your hard work. You are truly loved and appreciated.

LunarLilith

I hope that you have a visit from a mysterious healer, but if not, then I hope you get better as soon as possible. Your health is more important than chapters.

JC Carleton

Beat the ICU! BEST WISHES.

Havics Child

Good that he's recovering well. He's been going at a decent rate for years, even if it wasn't for medical no one could really complain about 2 months off.

Maxime Benoit

Get well soon Shirt. Thank you for the update Assistaloon.

Kristy Riedel

The hospital is where you go to stop being sick, home is where you go to begin getting well. Stop being sick as quickly as possible, and then go home and take all the time you need to get well.

HolyDraco

Hope you gef well soon Shirt! Also does anyone elese remember what chapter it was where shadow is talking to anna about how jason will see the world end and stuff?

John M Davis

We love the work you do shirt, and assistaloon, can you post a little more often? Just to keep us up to date. If he is still in recovery or hospital, just a post to remind us nothing changes. Or maybe repost old chapters? Just something for us to get for continuing patreon?

Baynir

I hope you are recovering well! I did just want to say that it’s pretty cool you’re Tasmanian, I’m from here myself and work in Healthcare. I hope the RHH is looking after you.
