I'm only two minutes in and I'm cracking up. Ya'll are great!

It isn’t until recently that I’ve realized Roku’s death was completely avoidable. His wife and the rest of the people on the island were off the island and safe, so what was the point of staying to try and fight the volcano? Just get out of there!

Please don't disrespect " Toph" name by saying " Toaf". A season ago u called "Iroh's" name "Earoh". Very cringe and makes me think of the HORRIBLE live action movie years ago when the characters pronounced their names horribly wrong

Reylomemes

Actually, from what I understand, M Night was using the proper pronunciations of those words, so technically it’s the show that gets them wrong.😂

KC

Agreed. Roku had already dropped the ball with Sozin, but had he left that volcano when he should have, good chance the war never happens.

Idk if anyone has said anything but there are people who believe Aang is Zuko’s grandfather because of how the avatar works, with the past lives, and because the avatar can have the memories of their past lives. There is an episode in Legend of Korra that furthers peoples belief of that.

1) unbunch your underwear 2) the pronunciations in the movie were ACCURATE for Asian populations. Keep showing your ignorance 👌 You're definitely part of the problem.

See, this is why I don't rock with people saying book 3 is just a bunch of filler. This season has some of the funniest as well as some of the deepest and most thought-provoking episodes in the series, and nearly all add value and importance to the story.

Was Chan the son of the Admiral Chan they referenced in the first episode? They said he was on leave on Emerald Island and Chan said his father was an admiral.

I think maybe he was trying to save the villages even tho the people were safe he didn’t want his homeland to be burned

Damn I just realized Sokka is Batman lol

Mehdi R.

He's the avatar he could.ve figured something out

A volcanic eruption, especially one that big, has a giant impact on the environment, reducing overall air quality, visibleness, the clouds of ash covering the sun for possibly days, etc. There are some IRL eruptions that were so bad they could be seen from space for days, as well as the aftermath. Even tho Roku's folks were off the island they were far from safe. Not to sound morbid, but a lot of them probably died or suffered from long-term illnesses as a result of inhaling all the toxic gas and ash.

Reylomemes

There was no indication that the survivors perished. And even if that was an issue, him joining them would’ve increased their likelihood of survival because he could’ve waterbent to get them somewhere safe faster or something.

also glad y'all mentioned the real-life eclipse, that was funny 😂

I’m sorry to hear that Joe lost his dog. I lost my cat two years ago and that still hurts.
