back to painting again, feeling very much alive when I do. I like approaching it open ended, with no clear image in mind. I just start by putting shapes down onto the paper and see where it takes me. paint as a medium lends itself well to this form of exploration, transforming and changing once it makes contact with a new surface. rivulets of color run into each other, mingling unexpectedly, defying control much to my surprised delight.

I am being brave in the only way I know how, by trying.
