Hi all. These are the openings for three TTRPG sessions as seen in my "Less Exposition, More Demolition" video. Use them as models or for running Macdeath and Masks themselves! Thanks for your support! --PDM

Thank you for this PDF. The PDFs are one of the best parts of being a patron. I hope you post your campaign journals latest soon too!

Absolutely great stuff. The in medias res cold open is the best. My fav in movies, tv, and novels too!!!!! I LOVE that you write you intros LIKE A DAMN SCRIPT. I like to think I run the game like a film, and i can't believe I hadn't thought of this before. Fantastic advice I will be incorporating immediately. I ran Creep, Skag, Creep by Goodman Games recently. I Love how it really starts with the PC's chained up in the bilge of the ship with hatching THINGS trying to EAT THEM. Fantastic way to kick start the session.

I love this so much! thank you Professor! I run a Cyberpunk RED game, and I love taking my time to describe the surroundings. Currently my players have escaped Night City and flown to Honolulu, which I have been heavily inspired by Bladerunner to push the modern metropolis to untold proportions. My players love cinematic scenes like this one. I can't wait to see what you cook up next!

Thanks. This is a helpful comment. Maybe I should write future modules this way. It would make them stand out, for sure.
