The grating silence and smothering darkness of the caves are broken only by the rustle of our passing and the dim light of our torches. Lo what rough beast is that, its fearsome presence come round at last, whose bright eyes peer at us unblinking from the Stygian deep, whose vague ursine yet fowl form shuffles nearer, a horror whose sure intent is carnage, to rend us limb from limb and consume our cooling remnant in the dark. Gird thy selves with courage comrades and draw swords, for surely our doom draws nigh. Looking forward to what ever you have planned PDM.

Bill Carroll

My players cleared out the hostile elements, then gave the orcs & goblins good pay for honest work digging up the moonstone. They got quite rich doing so, but politics between the orcs and goblins continue. The spice must flow!

@Bill Carroll Shai Hulud! Bless the Maker and all His Water. Bless the coming and going of Him, May His passing cleanse the world. May He keep the world for his people. The spice must flow. :)

I am just on the brink of the next session of this one, they have taken out the brigands, found the forgotten room, and are about to enter the orc lair. Already some are thinking of ways to take over the moonstone production. But they have no idea how many orcs there really are! The goblins they have wiped out, and taken out the owlbear and received word of better magic items from the witch. I love this reskin!

GM James

I'm crazy excited for this! I'm running my Shadowdark group through the Caves of Chaos right now, drawing heavy inspiration from the Caves of Carnage.

100% absolutely! I have a play group who are all BRAND NEW to rpg's and I am unabashedly stealing your Haven & Caves of Carnage to introduce them to the game, using the Deathbringer/ ICRPG/ XDM rules, and the grim-dark genre. This would be immensely helpful!
