Possible rival maybe. A arrogant obnoxious rich girl who loves actions and looks down on anyone who's less wealthier than her.

Thank you, Think princess morbucks and Max did a fusion dance you'd get her personality. That or she just a more elite bounty hunter who looks down on Akumi because of her whole recklessness when hunting and naive personality. With her being the polar opposite, being serious, cold, and calculating.

ANGRY-boi

Just like what Daterrius just said I can see her growing up in a Substantially household, feed with wealth by birth, she got anything she by command however; Miss Ashley feeling her life to be dull from all she posse, decided to become hunter to feel enjoyment and earnings in her own name, (P̶u̶r̶c̶h̶a̶s̶i̶n̶g̶) earning her license she begins a new journey to be legendary Hunter like Jade and Max. Also she keeps running into this one girl with long twin tails who she finds annoying for bumping to her one time and call her all types of name but they're having a hard time processing anything she sayd and just ignore the short Braty hunter. (Lol)
