Some of you might know but for those who don't, I'm now officially helping my friend Artix with his upcoming mobile game AQW Infinity.  I will continue the projects I've build in my personal life with this Patreon, Akumi Wars and future games while working on AQW.

How did this happen? As Akumi Wars development winded down and there was little for me to do on the game, I was asked if I'd be interested in helping out with the animations in AQW Infinity. I said yes! Every monster in AQW needs to be reanimated from scratch in order to port to mobile.

It's a monumental task but the things I've learned from building Akumi Wars has made the task actually exciting and much easier than anticipated. I'm almost able to animate exactly the way I animated in Akumi Wars for AQW. I plan to even start streaming my work on AQW Infinity!

But again, I'm still gonna make adult content when I'm inspired to and I'm going to continue to develop Akumi projects. When I create freely, my best work comes out! So we all benefit!

Akumi Wars Release

The final touches on Akumi Wars are almost complete! Steam Deck functionality and backer codes are working. I plan to stream a final play through of Akumi Wars in January to make sure the game is good to go. We will enter Steam's February Next Fest to showcase our game along with other upcoming games. After the February 2024 Next Fest ends, we officially release Akumi Wars to the World!

Onwards and Upwards!

Glad to hear that you’re excited to work on AQW Infinity, I’m sure Adam really appreciates it and could it *really* be AQW related without the Miltonius touch? Looking forward to the streams!

This must be one really good friend if your working with him, I say this because you yourself said you hate working for a boss.

Thanks man, yeah it should be interesting. I think streaming while working on the AQW animations will make it a lot more fun. Plus people can see the process that goes into it.

Yes, me and Adam have been friends since 2006. He's helped me a lot on my projects. So AE is the only place I'd agree to work for someone else. But I'm also I'm free to continue work on my own projects.
