Having seen both these reactions, I don't think the mix-up was too bad on our end. It wasn't your mistake; they were wrongly-ordered. It is a shame it ruined some things for you, like having no context for what Tony was dealing with, and the concession references. Thankfully, episode 2 didn't didn't show or comment on much episode 1 stuff or how it ended, so you still got the premiere's twists and story relatively fresh. That's the best we can hope for, if a mistake like this happens. I still thoroughly enjoyed both of your reactions :) and re-doing the intro was a huge help. That being said, I HIGHLY recommend watching NCIS (and NCIS:LA, when you get there) on Paramount Plus. It's by far the best quality and most reliable. Its current cover and the banner at the top of its show page may be very spoilery to present-day NCIS and whatnot, but if you can avoid that then Paramount Plus is honestly what you need at this point. A lot of places get season 9 onwards stuff very mixed up, and some of those are so bad it can ruin the entire season for you. Ruining stuff is awful, but most especially with how the stories of season 9 and 10 in particular are told. I can't explain (won't spoil), just you'll want to see them exactly as intended. And I dread to think what happens if you see the 200th episode in the wrong place, which is one that often gets mixed up on other sources. I personally love season 9 overall. And yes, the HD quality definitely went up but so did their budget. If I remember correctly from my first watch, Tony became one of my favourite characters because of season 9. This was around the time the actor's wife gave birth to their daughter. I still remember the interviews, saying how his perspective shifted, and he noticed how mostly unchanged Tony was. He wanted the character to grow more through his experiences. I think that helped. Sort of gave them permission and encouragement for Tony to be more affected by what life throws at him. So it was fun in these two reactions to hear you talk about how much the character and acting shines with those more serious sides of Tony. And you noticing these shifts in his maturity and him reflecting on things. It makes him more compelling, I think, like the character's lowered his walls a bit. If that makes sense? Anyway, don't feel too bad about the episode mix-up as it thankfully didn't ruin too much. Please use Paramount Plus from now on, if you can. And I am SO excited that we've finally reached season 9!

Yea NCIS has been weird with random seasons having out of order episodes (especially season 14). One thing that might help is every week we could comment the next weeks episode names so worst case if they are out of order he would know 2 minutes in when the episode name appears. Also regarding the other spinoffs he could watch the crossover ones that start on NCIS to get an episode feel for the others. Since the stories end on the other shows it would be weird not to see them. There are only like 5 in total I think through the 23 seasons. I also think starting NCIS Origins when he gets to season 22 (long way away obviously) would be great since they also crossover during season 2 and 23 respectively. A crossover doesn't appear until season 13 with New Orleans. (NCIS 13x12 and NCIS: New Orleans 2x12). You also don't need knowledge of the other shows to enjoy these episodes since they more focus on the main show anyway.

I think he is a week or two ahead of what is posted.

Re: Clint8813 There is risk with the crossovers, though. He plans to watch NCIS:LA someday... what if he watches a crossover story in NCIS, at a stage in the NCIS:LA story / progress / team stuff that he's still a few seasons away, and thus gets major spoilers? There's some NCIS crossovers that take place even in the final season of NCIS:LA or after the show itself. I agree the other should be fine. Skipping crossover episodes until later may also be an option, who knows. He did already watch a part 2 on NCIS, which started in NCIS:LA. But the big NCIS:LA spoiler risks aren't until season 14 onwards of NCIS, so there's plenty of time to worry about crossovers later. :)

In America, for homecomings and proms, and other dances, its more common with high school students. Not as often for college students (unless if you are in a club or fraternity/sorority of sorts)

I mean, in terms of someone looking the same as they age. Especially with women. A simple thing called makeup.

Also, it was all in the hairstyle too. The double ponytail/pigtail she had, that made her look like she was in high school. And at the end, she didnt have her hair up, it was completely down, so it made her look more mature.
