Feel bad for the dude in the bathroom

So sad for Dexter seeing him the whole episode struggling to express his emotions, his anger, his pain...man, that was painful; for a person who supposedly is a sociopath, who does not have any emotion or feeling, he began to show real feelings, that he really cared, in his own way, about Rita, more than he would care to admit. And this was like a farewell episode for Rita's character too. I don't think the murder of that random guy in the bathroom is going to cause any bother in the future.

Fun fact : MCH had to wear a wig/hair extensions for the first several episodes. He received chemo for Hodgkin's Lymphoma between S4 and S5. He was in remission before filming S5, but his hair hadn't fully grown back yet.

Dexter's first real experience with genuine emotion and he had no idea what to do with it. That scene in the bathroom when his emotions just exploded out of him was crazy good! When Harry encouraged him to let it out; the primal, animal meuling followed by those emotion filled screams, OMG! Some of Michael's best acting!! This will forever be one of my favorite episodes!
