Tala explored some ancient ruins some distance away from the lush and fertile lands of her tribe. She sought a possible place of refuge for her indigenous hunter and gatherer people. The tribal elders warned her about entering forbidden temples, told to children through scary campfire stories. It was told that these ruins were the long abandoned sites of unspeakable acts, cunning traps and dark rituals. But now, Tala was gifted with godhood by the Sun God. She was invulnerable to harm, except from other godly beings. She was sure that if anything befell her, she could deal with it using her new supernatural powers.
