In this case, there are 15 frames corresponding to the position of the fingers, so draw them all. It's a lot of work, but there are no other complicated parts as long as you can draw pictures.You can use "Flash CS6" or the current "Animate CC" as the production tool. (If you're familiar with Photoshop, you can import photoshop layers, although it's treated as bitmap images.)Flash is already considered obsolete, but It's still a genius and very excellent format, and Animate is also compatible with HTML5.
