Fix the "wet" bug (Patreon)

Due to the reconstruction of the lower body, the order of the parts overlap has much changed, so this fluid locates on top of the panties now. If I put it back under the panties, the parts on the legs would be hidden underneath, so I can't do that either.The only way to solve this is changing the program to determine the status of the panties and prevent the fluid itself from appearing when the panties are on. It would also make more sense.I've used the same variable to manage the wet panties and the fluid so far, but I'd like to add a level to this so that when the fluid is present, the panties get wet, but the opposite is not necessarily true. Oh, I'm going crazy again.
