Part 5 of our Raspberry Pi tutorial, the final chapter where all the work we did previously culminates into the final render. This is my favorite part of the process, the final rendering, shading, detailing stage. Though the previous stages were a bit more "boring" to me, they were necessary to get to this point.

I will be covering all the materials and how we can keep everything as procedural as possible. Using our opacity masks from Photoshop to get the text details onto our surfaces along with the bump bump map for our circuit board. There is plenty of usage of the Maxon Noise, as it is integral to getting the roughness and bump surface details we need for our object. I also use a smudged fingerprint texture with a triplaner, but the vast majority is done with maxon noises. Something very important for this stage of the process is the big, medium small philosophy of composition. In the end I show the final steps of adding small specks and hair fibers to add a touch of realism.

In the end I pose 3 duplicates and light the shot with some interesting compositions to render our final shots and add some finishing touches inside of Fusion using Magic Bullet Looks for Halation and film grain. This was a fun project covering a lot of tools and workflows to create an interesting and intricate electronics detailed asset, this knowledge can be transferred over to many of your own projects. Thanks again for all the support, and have a great day!

Hello, are there any plans for Redshift to implement additional camera features like in Octane's universal camera? A good example of features list would be DOF PRO plugin for AE richardrosenman.com/shop/dof-pro-ae It has so many features but it's slow since it works only on CPU. That would be great to see same effects for camera in Redshift
