Dexter: I’m curious that now y’all have finish season 5, do y’all think season 5 lives up to the first 4 seasons or does it take a dip quality. A lot of people say season 5 is when the show starts to fad in quality, in my opinion I disagree I think season is a top 3 or 4 season for me, and there is a lot of seasons.

Dances with Wolves: Kevin Costner does not actually dance with wolves in this movie. Is it false advertising, same as ‘The never ending story’? (Just trolling for fun haha, love you guys)”

How do you guys feel about Debra nearly finding out about Dexter do you think it was a bad choice to have her step away instead if finding out, do you think the show now has make a potential reveal more interesting and engaging

Cody Price

Dances with Wolves: Kevin Costner is a great actor, but he is an even better producer and director as shown by his Oscar winning directing debut with Dances with Wolves. Is there any IP or genre that you would like to see Kevin Costner take on as either a producer or a director after seeing this film? (Also, if you liked this film, you should also checkout another western he directed, Open Range (2003). One of the most underrated films that has come out in the last 25 years.)

I’m assuming this is the theatrical release of Dances with Wolves and not the extended director’s cut?

Emmaaaaa

Dexter You guys are finally done with season 5! What did you guys think about the Lumen story arc? Do you wish she stayed as a longer character or do you think this is a good ending for her? And what do you think about how they handled Dexter after Ritas death? Anything you wish they did different? Anyways hoped you guys liked this season! Cant wait for the next, though Im going to have to rewatch the last few seasons if I'm gonna keep asking questions cause its been a while since I've seen them lol

please.. theatrical cut is all you need. It's such a great film and like most Costner directed films the cinematography is just beyond words.

Open Range is my favorite western. One thing about Costner as a director he really understands that the cinematography is just as important as the acting and script if not more so. If there's a film that he directs, I'm there appreciating every moment. Even Horizon which I enjoyed cause its set more in my neck of the woods Apache country and the cinematography in that I think is some of best and again just the way he directs a story and gets it on film is so good.

Please? I was simply confirming so I know which version to dig out once the reaction is released, as I have both versions. That being said, there is rarely anything wrong with nearly an hour's worth more of this beautifully shot film.

I've see Dances with Wolves dozens of times and each time Wind in His Hair never fails to make me tear up at the end.

RE: Dexter Shooting some fave lines at you, I’d love to hear how/if they resonated with you and what you think of them. When I first heard the line "Don't be sorry your darkness is gone. I'll carry if for you - always. I'll keep it with mine" It hit me deep, I’ve been in that exact spot many a time. “They make it look so easy. Connecting with another human being. It's like no one told them it's the hardest thing in the world” - this to me is one of the most overtly neurodivergent lines in the series, the utter confusion watching people ease into simple connection while you sit and think, how?

RE: Now that you’ve finished this particular season, has your perspective on Dexters nature changed? For me it really cements the fact that Dexter had a chance to be a more functioning member of society, he has the capacity, but was groomed to become a killer from so young that the damage is done. He wants to understand humans and interacts and relationships but doesn’t/didn’t have anyone to show him how. Some words for Andrew, Grief stays with us just as the ones we lost do. The overwhelm, the sadness and even the anger are parts of this unexpressed love begging to flood us completely, for it was for them, but now it stays with us to remind us of a love so great. But from this can come peace, peace in the fact that bits of them stay with us forever, we loved deeply and so grieving, even with peace, means we have love for them still. “If not for grief, where is the proof that we ever loved at all?” I lost someone very close, and quite young, a few years ago, and so Andrew I want you to know, the love you have, we can see it, and it’s overflowing.

DANCES WITH WOLVES (Greg & Aaron) - Question ever been to Native American reservation.

DEXTER 5x11 & 5x12 (John & Andrew) - Question when Dexter blows out candle on son cake what you think was Dexters wish there.

Dances with Wolves. Hello gents! Hope you're having an excellent day. This is one of my fav movies growing up, seeing this was HUGE for me. Growing up there was not a lot of First Nations (Native American) representation in the entertainment industry. Seeing Mr. Graham Greene on screen was very special for me. Fun fact: Mr. Greene was the hunter in S1 The Last of Us (the hunter and wife). Mr. Greene recently passed away. RIP. One of his last wishes was to speak with Kevin Costner. He wanted to thank you for his part in showcasing native actors. Unfortunately Graham was not able to reach Kevin. Hope you enjoy the movie! Also recommend Last of the Mohicans!!

I’m so sad I missed this post 😭😭😭 is it okay to ask a season 5 finale question when they start season 6? Lol

No 10 Things I Hate About You? I swear I saw a notification about it ages ago

Miss Freaky

It's a shame you didn't allow my comment on the reaction. Not sure if you realize this but Mr. Graham Greene was an idol/mentor for us Native Americans. As mentioned, there was not a lot of representation in the entertainment industry. And fyi, this movie is EPIC for us too. If there was any representation before this movie it was very cliche. Dances with Wolves was a starting point for Native Americans. So glad you guys enjoyed the movie :) Toodles! :)
