Harry's stunt double for the first 6 films is David Holmes he's truly "the boy who lived"! He had a horrific accident in movie 6 that left him paralyzed and I really do hope you watch the documentary about him and honour the sacrifices he made to help make sure this franchise was a success on film.... It's not right for fans to love a movie franchise and not acknowledge or educate themselves on the behind the scenes sacrifices that were made to create it so PLEASE squeeze it in and watch it if you can even if it's on your own time ❤️❤️ That's why I will NEVER hate this franchise no matter what EVIL witch created it because there were so many hard working people that made these movies possible and to pretend this franchise doesn't exist because you don't agree with the original authors thoughts and opinions just takes away and spits on ALL the hard working people that wanted nothing more than to bring all of us the magic of this world and I appreciate THEM and NOT the evil witch that brought them all together!! ❤️❤️

While I do agree with a majority of what you said especially appreciating those that just wanted to bring the magic to life and put so much hard work and effort into the movies, when it comes to stuff against the original author its not just a disagreement of her thoughts and opinions, but the money she makes from the franchise as a whole she uses to directly harm trans people through funding UK laws

I agree too and I truly do wish there was a way for everyone to win in the sense that she no longer gets any royalties to use and instead they forever go towards supporting the trans community and also that those of us that found safety and love within these movies and magical community be able to continue supporting the hard working people behind the movie franchise without it directly supporting her in the end 😞

I think it's pretty obvious but there's discourse (which personally I get it) because JK Rowling is a raging transphobe and makes it a point to mention now and again that all the monetary gain she gets from harry potter she happily uses to tear down the trans community. There's arguments I think for enjoying the franchise anyways but I totally understand why people really don't like it either. Genuinely I think the only reason people act like it's unfounded is because it's trans people cause I feel like if it was racism or something everyone would suddenly get why it's weird to ignore her open hatred. Enjoy the series w/e, I played hogwarts legacy or w/e and had fun but I'm not gonna pretend like this frustration people have about the series doesn't make sense.
