Honestly, the first one was pretty good when I watched it as a kid. But watching it now as an adult, the relationship between Peter and M.J. is just too toxic for me to even enjoy these movies anymore. I really hope you guys end up doing a watchalong for The Amazing Spider-Man movies after these. I have to watch this reaction just to see what you guys think of the relationship.

Jackie said there should be a superhero for taking out predators during the film. Maybe be a good time to getting her into reacting to Daredevil and Punisher TV Series with Charlie Cox and John Bernthal. :)

If you want to react to another fun Sam Raimi film, I highly recommend his western, The Quick and the Dead (1995). Great All-Star Cast too: Sharon Stone, Gene Hackman, Russell Crowe, Leonardo DiCaprio, Keith David, and Gary Sinise.

I always loved this movie! Toby will always be my Spiderman ❤️ I embarrassingly would overplay the soundtrack in my room but only "What we're all about" and "Hero" and the DVD got overplayed too because it had both of the music videos for both songs in the bonus features and I always loved in the music video for "What we're all about" it ended with the scene of Toby on the ceiling and the drop of blood dropping onto the club floor and everyone just stops partying and looks up to an empty ceiling and it was incredibly epic to me at 13 🤣🤣🤣 Jackie and Paige were an amazing combo and Jackie getting jump scared several times made this an even more fun watch along 🤣❤️❤️❤️

Like the Shazam was also Zachary Levi movie which there were two but good pull in Shaq movie. Note the movie came out in 2002 there.

The secretary with the bad haircut was Betty Brant. In the comics he was Peter's first crush, before he met any of his other love interests. She was played by Elizabeth Banks, and if you think her hair was bad here, you ought to see her as Effie Trinket in Hunger Games :-) The wrestler whose butt Peter kicked was Randy "Macho Man" Savage. I'm not big into wrestling, but I know who that guy is :-).
