My theory is that Nana represents TOP's glamorous life as an idol, while he (dressed in full black) represents his real self aka the side of him that just wants to make music on his own terms. The masked man likely represents the past or everything that is suppressing him (the k-pop industry, the company, the haters, etc.). -The whole stage of the MV is TOP's inner state of mind, which is on the verge of insanity (represented by the dizzying kaleidoscope background), and whoever is standing in the middle of the kaleidoscope is the one currently in control. -TOP's inner selves are fighting each other for control (idol life vs making music true to himself), but they are also being watched by public eyes (I believe the eyes in the wine glass belongs to the masked man). -TOP's idol life is corrupted by the k-pop industry (the masked man covering Nana's eyes), and it ends up destroying his real self (Nana shoots TOP). -His idol life now takes control of his mind (Nana dancing in the kaleidoscope background), but is later also destroyed by the society due to the controversy (the masked man shoots Nana). -Then, he realizes that he needs to reconcile both sides of himself, widen his perspective and embrace the chaos that comes with it to be truly free (symbolized by the both of them doing that Pulp Fiction-inspired dance and one of his eyes changed). -He decides that he will no longer be watched and controlled by his past (the two of them eats the eyeballs and ties up the masked man), and the both of them celebrate their victory of overcoming the system and they dance wearing the same outfit (implying that his two sides have now become one). -Finally, he tries to leave as a better version of himself (in that Bae Bae-coded purple suit and a new pair of eyes), and declares that the past will no longer hold him down (him shooting the masked man). This entire MV was an amazing experience, it felt like it should have belonged in an art gallery. All the art pieces in the MV are hand-painted and designed as well, so it must have taken months for him to complete this project. And you're right, the art director and cinematographer for Squid Games also worked on this MV (and Desperado)! I'm so happy I got to see him return and making music on his own terms as a fossil VIP and TOP fan myself 😭

Those eyes might represent the industry and people from old days of his career trying to/forcing him to see the world through the eyes he was told. That is why Nana's eyes change/there is a focus on them after she drinks that drink those eyes were in. As if Nana was representing former T.O.P Then they both eat them and get crazy as much as they want to. Since this song directly references Burning Sun, I wonder if the name Studio54 means they were 5 and then became 4
