lately has been on CRACK and I love it. Thanks for all the great recommendations guys! (Except Penthouse, I’ll let y’all know after the journey is over if this stress was worth it)

I'm so happy you're enjoying them!! For the next one I hiiiighly suggest 'NEVERTHELESS'! It deals with topics that are a bit taboo in Korea and is also much less conservative than most kdramas, I'm really curious as to what your take on it would be!

Your videos are actually the reason I can keep watching Penthouse. As someone who doesn't watch dramas regularly, I wasn't going to start it and with Penthouse being as stressful as it is, I wouldn't have wanted to keep watching by myself. You two give great reactions!

PD since you’re enjoying Vincenzo & Flower of Evil so much, I’d recommend Taxi Driver & Mouse! They’re really good and somewhat similar to the other two. 🙂

I really hope you can watch Just Between Lovers, it's such a healing drama. Which speaking of you might also want some healing drama recs and there some really good out there like A Piece of Your Mind, When the Weather Is Fine or One Spring Night!

I highly recommended for the next drama club sky castle or one of the Netflix series, move to heaven or extracurricular. These aren’t really lighthearted shows so you might want to pick something else as well 😂

lol PD as someone who has been watching penthouse from the beginning and with the new season 3 episodes, i do think it was worth it lol but idk if the characters actually got better or if i just became immune to how annoying they are lool

I hate everyone on Penthouse but I don't hate the drama itself at all. I'm so addicted to this show that I started binge watching the entire first season on my own. I don't know but the plot really did hook me.

I think a nice drama to watch sometime would be Run On. Which they have on Netflix. I think you’d find the main characters interesting Bc one of them is a korean translator who loves movies/films and the other is a professional athlete that has to deal with an internal battle for his morals. There’s a couple of central romance plots but they’re pretty soft and I liked the main pairing a lot. It also includes a scary rich family and SNSDs gorgeous Sooyoung.

i liked the balance of the softer romance and comedy with the more serious issues. the two leads are also interesting and fun to watch imo, both as a couple and as individuals

watching penthouse is the definition of a love-hate relationship. it’s so bad, everyone is terrible, and u just have to keep watching cuz somehow they pull u in and trap u

I am gonna recommend watching Extracurricular someday. It has the boy from Itaewon class in it and he is a brilliant actor

Penthouse really picks up at a certain point, so i think your thoughts on it might change. I hope you will watch the other 2 seasons as well without too big of a break (honestly, after season 1 I actually doubt you will even be able to wait that long before you continue). I find your penthouse reactions the most enjoyable. And i rlly like watching along flower of evil as well (together with imitation these are actually the first KDramas i am watching).

from a person who has watched every episode of Penthouse that is out right now I wouldn't say it s worth the stress but it is very addictive

Hey PD! After your healing month, I hope you check out Extracircular or The World of the Married both on Netflix. Both have fun stress/suspense, not penthouse stress 😂 Also, if you want more of Jang Dae hee from Itaewon Class, please try Stranger on Netflix. His character is equally as enthralling and complex!
