I didn’t realize till just now I love salmon unconditionally in all shapes and forms. Lox, smoked, fresh, nigiri, sashimi, baked—salmon is so good. Salmon is life.

Anyway we’re installing a toilet today so I will be posting the BTS ‘BE’ listening party late afternoon or early evening (Pacific Standard Time).

Ahh, the only salmon I'm not fond of, is cooked salmon(seared but rare is fine). Both the smell and taste of it fully cooked is not to my liking. But I adoooore raw salmon/sashimi

There's something called 'Begedil' from where I am that my mom cooks. Lemme share the recipe jic if you're interested to try it. 1. Potatoes 2. Salmon 3. Eggs 4. Scallions 5. Seasoning Boil the potatoes untill they're soft and mash it till its fine. Salt and pepper the salmon and cook it either by baking or fry it on a pan. After cooking it, shred it to little pieces. Incorporate the mash potatoes, salmon and fine chop scallion together. Season it. Shape it into palm sized circles. Dip it in beaten egg and fry it untill its golden brown. I've been doing it with mom since I was small and it's alway been fun shaping the cakes together. Enjoy~

Salmon is great. Salmon roasted with a crust of coarse salt is one of my favorite foods in the universe, I highly recommend it for anyone that has never tried it!
