ive heard before that haruto (or one of the other j-line members) used to be like “no u guys don’t understand, asahi is just quiet but beneath that he’s so weird” and clearly he was right. i love his quietly chaotic energy, it’s definitely one of the main reasons he’s my bias

I think they just picked the two most contrasting personalities at the time. But yes Hyunsuk and Junkyu are both part of the hyung line (Hyunsuk - Jihoon - Yoshi - Junkyu). P.S. I love how we're able to witness Asahi getting more comfortable in showing his weird self as the series progresses, and his confidence has greatly improved too!
