Just as a heads up, most Patrons will have seen the second half of this video. However, this video also includes the EXTENDED MV reaction as well.

I also saw that yesterday's bonus drop was an already previously released drop so we'll post two bonus drops today!

Can’t wait for ur thoughts on “Scent of You” MV by &team 👀

If you want the live version maybe check the performance in their comeback show since there are also Scent of You and Final Countdown performances, but obviously skip the talking portion. I just realized Blaire is also watching the extended ver. haha, I thought I was tripping since I only heard the voice. I'm really excited to see your reaction to Enhypen's cameo haha, it's because their webtoon is connected where Enhypen is Dark Moon: Blood Altar which they are a vampire there, and &Team is Dark Moon: The Grey City which they are a werewolf. For Hybe groups' webtoon, each group has its own team if I'm not wrong. After watching the extended ver. now I really hope that all Hybe's group could have a cameo or connection with each other in the MV with or without the lore cause that would be amazing.

You will definitely LOVE them after Scent Of You mv:))

Eme123!

The reason why K, Nicholas, EJ and Taki were in the final scene with the girl was that in the beginning of the drunked-dazed MV you only see them, I don't know if you remember . That is because Hybe didn't know the other members of &Team. The original members were these four and later they would add the other ones. I hope it makes sense Lol. I don't know if I explained correctly XD

I'm only at the part where you talk about Hybe's storytelling but I wanted to mention that I think they will try to make connections between the lores of all their groups at some point. Enhypen's Pass the Mic MV had a lot of direct references to memorable scenes in past BTS MVs and this one has too. I'm not saying it because I love BTS and I'm trying to force connections where there are none, but to me it's pretty obvious, even if I look at it objectively. Like even you mentioned that the jumping into water from a high point is a recurring scene and it started with BTS's Most Beautiful Moment in Life Prologue which had the same angsty teen vibes. There are a lot of others too that I could point out. I'm curious if this is just a fun hidden detail or they're going to make something bigger out of it later. On another note, I wish they made dramas or animes from the storylines of HYBE groups, they are so good and I want to watch more!

Thank you PD and Blaire! Amazing stuff as always! I want the whole world to know about &TEAM!!!

Hey! Happy you joined for this one blaire! 🌻 HYBE just casually launching us into enhypens universe with a 10 minute video! haha I got an interesting idea for a bonus drop: HYBE just had their "2022 HYBE BRIEFING WITH THE COMMUNITY" recently. Very insightful into the mindset of the company, and a lot more than i had imagined at first. They also talk about HYBE Japan and even HYBE America there. 2022 HYBE BRIEFING: https://youtu.be/U7_TK7nlsyk Loved the reaction, excited for more!

So idk if anybody has mentioned it yet, but both ENHYPEN and ANDTEAM's concepts are "Dark Moon" because K, Taki, EJ and Nicholas have been appearing not only in the Drunk Dazed MV but also in ENHYPEN'S webtoon for a while now. It's literally part of the same story, where the girl meets both werewolves and vampires throughout her journey. But the fact that they made the Drunk Dazed MV and this MV collide, my jaw literally dropped. That's also why there are only the four members at the extended scene and not the whole group - those four exist in the Dark Moon Blood Altar universe, but the group hadn't been formed yet at the time they were introduced. About the HYBE lore, I think it's a combination of what the group represents (TXT is 4th gen teenagers, ENHYPEN is growth into a hostile world, LE SSERAFIM is about confidence and the future, ANDTEAM is about teenage angst and I'm guessing feeling good in your ownw skin) and then they use the webtoon artists' concept. Idk much about the other groups, but as far as Enhypen's vampire storyline goes, they were apparently "casted" as the group that would be represented in that webtoon, and then HYBE made it Enhypen's. I love this, because the lore isn't too complicated to understand, and because as you said, the "realistic" concept and message of the group is well portrayed through supernatural/fiction storylines and I think that's fascinating

Would love to hear PD's thoughts on that briefing too but PD once said bonus drop is for below 20 mins video, so I don't think they will check that for patreon

Haruka

Bang Sihyuk is like.. the creative director. He's credited as such in most videos. He created the BTS universe himself with a creative team. Like an idea bank :D Now Hybe has creative teams for storylines, webtoons, notes and such. I think they mentioned this in one of their briefing videos on youtube. They are long af, but really informative :D

km

The sakaguchi kentaro cameo at the beginning of the MV is everything I never knew I needed

Dan

It’s Vampires vs Werewolf concept. Interesting interesting. They actually have a whole stroyline in the webtoon ‘Dark Moon’.

Can I just say I really like the font you've been using for your thumbnails lately? :D

Do we think the girl group formed in I-Land 2 will be involved in their storyline?
