I really like your conversation about seventeen resigning early which just shows how much they trusted and supported each other. The only other instance I remember is BTS resigning a year earlier for 7 more years, which shows how HYBE/Pledis/Bighit care for their artists and not all companies are bad and twitter is toxic which just victimizes all the idols and paints all the companies in the bad.

I know the focus is on Hoshi here since this episode is both HILARIOUS and emotional, but I wanna point out how great of a host Youngji is. You'll get to see it in other episodes but she always manages to make her guests comfortable while still being able to joke around with them, and often gets them to have a heartfelt conversation which is probably why Hoshi found it healing. And she manages to do it while being so much younger than huge sunbaes on her show, it's impressive!

I started this Diamond life watching your YouTube channel Pd (I still remember the Jeonghan Portrait ). I never.. never , was a fan on an specially band or group, but something special about Seventeen catched my eye besides their amazing music, and it was their friendship and how genuine is their relationship ,they have that!! It’s refreshing to hear your opinions on Pledis PD. I personally was one of the Pristin Fans who felt very hurt by their disbandment and blamed it on Pledis to the point where I stoped supporting anything related to that company. Also probably a big reason as to why I only have been getting into Seventeen recently through your reaction videos. Thank you for the talk about that whole issue. It does somehow make it easier for myself to slowly grow up and move on.

I appreciate the discussion at the end. I love this episode (I love most episodes of this Youngji does a great job), and I really love seeing Hoshi external to a group setting on a show like this. Regarding the resign, PD have you watched the Seventh Anniversary Special Video? They discuss their past and their future, their expectations and emotions about where they're at in their career. PD u should definitely check out thier 7th anniversaries special video. They talk a lot aboout their predebut era, the Contract Renewal and the process behind it and lots of nostalgic memories. It was such a special and meaningful video as a CARAT

You should absolutely check out the 7th anniversary video. Whilst they all had faith they'd all re-sign, they still had to talk about it and in this and on a variety show mentioned how instead of speaking privately to the company or whoever, they talked together as a group, so they could listen to each other and know everything, and I think that really speaks on how much they truly cherish each other. Another thing that has been mentioned every time they've spoke about the renewal is how Mingyu was the driving force behind it all and a lot of it being because of how neutral he is within these situations. Funny thing about this is Hoshi still went on their dance practice right after this. He was drunk and sleepy but that didn't stop him lol. Also rewatching this is so funny because I just went to their concert 2 days ago and Hoshi literally did that word by word singing with the crowd and it's also Yummy lmao.
