Just a little update and I wanted to thank and acknowledge you guys for the encouragement.

I don't know how it comes across to people but I've been intensely scared since I posted the December schedule and creating healthy boundaries with my work has also been just difficult. But you guys have made this transitional time in my life feel a little less scary...

Thanks for the update and for being so clear about it. It actually gave me a lot of hope and motivation to stay disciplined and mature about things day to day. Thank you for that. Hope the rest of your day can be a good day come what may and thank you for your hard work always

Noem

Love hearing an update in your own voice, I hope it helps to film it for us aswell. I've seen you change and grow these past few years and I hope you remember a lot of us have been there and will be there whatever happens. Take breaks, take care of yourself, (literally) be selfish because you deserve to put yourself first as you've always put work and other people first. Also I'm proud of you PD for taking these healthy steps and bounderies. You inspire me to get healthier and focus on my dreams, so thank you!! Fighting todayyyy!!

I would say being a trainee of the 2nd gen. was harder than being a trainee of the 1st gen. I mean during the first generation it was all getting started and many labels were getting used to the training system. Whereas in the second generation they knew how to make the trainees go over their limit. I’m just joking 😅😅 I got you meant it as a simple comparison, I just couldn’t help myself and I dived deep into the thoughts 😹😹 I am sorry you felt so bad 😬😬 That makes me worry, dude! Since you told us Blaire is pregnant I hope she is doing alright and I am glad she took a break/went on vacation! (Also I hope the thing that occurred isn’t connected with Blaire’s pregnancy and in case it was I do hope and wish it was solved!!)

You are human. No one is perfect and as a long time patreon member I’m not surprised when you need a break, but it is really nice to get this kind of communication. I hope you take some time to enjoy the holidays❤️

It's good you're taking the necessary steps to keep a healthy schedule for yourself. This is admittedly something I also struggle with myself. Knowing your own limits is super important and that will only become more apparent once your child arrives. No one here will ever criticise you for putting your own health first. I hope you realise that. All we ask for is communication so we know what's up :)

I'm genuinely excited for you. Transitioning in any aspect in life is extremely hard, especially when you're leaving something that it's been the only thing you know. But what would make you happy lies just past making that first hard step. Also it's nice to see you taking your boundaries and personal needs serious. The content can always come later if making it would take a toll on your health physically and mentally. You can't make your best content when you don't feel your best either. I just want to see you at what you think is your best.

I appreciate the transparency. I can relate so much to the burnout. I love seeing you set these boundaries for yourself and respecting Blair’s boundaries as well. Just do what you need to do to make this as manageable and enjoyable as possible for yourself. The best content comes from when you enjoy it. Setting those boundaries will help you get the most fulfillment out of this process. We so appreciate you and all you do to give us this content, but your mental and physical health should stay priority 1. Gotta love a self-care king!

I always have a good day when I'm watching your videos 🤗 I understand how exhausting it is trying to keep up with everything....but I like hearing how you're taking better care of yourself. The gym is so great for your mind and body, and fasting is something I enjoy doing as well! I hope you take the time and rest that you feel you need and to not rush yourself through everything. We are here to support you, Jae! 💪🏻🙏🏻
