Specifically their 2014 Tokyo Dome Concert that Taemin mentions in Suchwita. Even just the story… gave me chills.

How many people would be interested in seeing a reaction for it in a later month? I’m only asking because I think it’s the longest concert I’ve ever seen.

Comments

Also, the concert has an incredible background being: 1. their first Tokyo Dome concert (I don't think a lot of things should be said here - it's one of the most prestigious places to perform at, and not many K-pop groups did it); 2. the first big concert after Jonghyun debuted as soloist - just a few weeks after his promotions finished and his self-produced (the first self-produced solo album in SM overall, if I'm not mistaken) album gained so much recognition; 3. the concert where Onew had his first solo performance after his vocal cord surgery back in 2014 (due to which he could potentially lose his voice and never sing again, yet everything went well and despite him not talking at all for months in order to recover, he managed to return, to go thorough an entire SHINee Japan tour in autumn 2014, and then to perform at TD in a solo segment) - yet despite all of his worries, he did well, and his song, which was chosen due to its original singer also going through the same condition as Onew, is still one of the most beloved performances among Shawols. The members couldn't even believe that they have gathered so many people in the audience, and they have performed magnificently from the beginning to the end. This particular concert is, like I said previously, truly legendary - Japanese and Korean songs, solo performances, reactions and support of the fans, the unmatched energy and devotion to showing the best that they can do. All of it is certainly worth of our time, PD, and I'm sure you won't regret watching the concert.

YES OMG ANYTHING FOR MORE SHINEE i think you would really enjoy the episodes that they featured on knowing brothers you really get to see the groups dynamics

beannieswife

more shinee content is like a dream come true to me, one of the most iconic groups of all time, shinee serves everything you want from a concert!! as much as i love the tokyo dome concert, if you're willing to do 1 concert only i would prefer you watching the SHINee World IV (2015) since this one has better production quality (i'm talking ab the audio and image!) now if you can do both then i'll be grateful for the rest of my life lol😭

beannieswife

i'll try to do a google sheet with shinee content that i feel you would enjoy. Variety, iconic performances, bsides that are a must listen, etc, i'll probably have it done by the end of the week! to anyone reading this, feel free to comment suggestions! :)

OMG YES, A DREAM COME TRUE. SHINee's concerts (although I've never been in person and I can't even imagine how much more amazing it would be) are truly an experience even watching through a screen. I love a lot of groups and they have great performances but seeing SHINee's concerts puts into perspective how it is to watch complete artistry and 5 people come together to make magic on stage.
