What an interesting date today is, a beautiful sequence of numbers: 2/24/24. Is there a word for such a sequence? Please let me know if there is.

Today, I woke up at 8AM but it took me a good 30 minutes to even rise out of bed. I went to bed at 1030, but still failed to wake up at 6AM which is my target goal. I suppose with the state that I’m in, and what I’ve been going through, 8 hours of sleep is not adequate enough for the healing process.

Last night, the dark thoughts did return. But I still went to sleep on time, I did not fret, cry—I maintained and navigated the storm with ease. Is it because of TWICE’s “I GOT YOU”? Maybe, maybe not. But it was the last video I watched before getting off work and heading to bed so perhaps it resonated with me deeply, somehow. There was something incredibly healing about that music video.

Here’s my schedule for today:

9 - 10: Walk in the park, reading, journaling

10 - 11: Breakfast

11 - 13: Filming Block

13 - 1530: Lunch, Taxes, Set up back log

1530 - 1730: Filming Block

1730 - 18: Dinner

18 - 1930: Wind Down

20: Bed

It’s currently 10AM and I’m at the park. After a walk, I journaled and read my philosophy books at a bench. It’s quite sad that I haven’t done this in about two years, when it was something that was very important to me and brought me much peace and focus.

As you can see based on my schedule, things are moving a bit faster today, and I’ll be going to bed even earlier today with the hope getting more than adequate rest, but to also wake up at my target goal of 6AM. I’d really like to go to the gym in the mornings, follow it up with the park, and then come home to film around 9AM.

I’ll be moving on to my breakfast schedule now but before I go, I wanted to share a classical music piece with you. When I woke this morning, I turned on my classical music playlist (curated by Apple Music) and began my morning. At a certain point, the piece I’ve screenshotted and attached to this post, moved me greatly. It’s beautiful, poignant, and deeply hopeful. Although “Adieux” means goodbye, there’s something beautiful and hopeful about the piece.

I’ll work even harder and do my best today, I hope you all do the same. Remember, just 2% a better day than yesterday. I hope you can see how even today, this morning alone, I am doing just 2% better.

Remember to hydrate, be kind to others, be kind to the ignorant, and most importantly be kind to yourself.

Adieux 😌✌🏻

it's 9pm here and i'm going to sleep. i did nothing today but i'm okay with it because i don't have to be productive everyday. it took me so hard to accept it but now i did and i feel so much lighter. have a great day, hope you feel awesome today!

As far as I know I just have my little ticks but nothing that impacts my life too greatly. However, I am a list kind of person. And it really helps me throughout my day even if it's a smal list for a certain time period. But it's something I discovered a few years ago and it helps me and I'm glad that people have suggested other things for you to do to help you throughout your day.

i really appreciate the updates and the effort pd. its inspiring and motivates me as well! this also reminds me of choi yuree's "forest". i dont know if you know this song but i feel like the lyrics and the sentiment might resonate with you right now and hopefully be a little uplifting too. i only got to know of this song because soobin covered it recently and quite honestly im not sure i understand the original artists message 100% but i have found an interpretation for myself that feels very comforting and warm. maybe it can have a similar effect on you :)

Thank you for this meditative moment, I really felt something with Adieux and it’s going to be a helpful piece for me

Sometimes getting more than 8 hrs of sleep is what the body needs; trying to get back on a healthy schedule is hard and I admire the determination, sending much love!

Have a good day! I’ve started going to therapy for depression and anxiety for the first time recently and got prescribed Prozac to try out medication & talk therapy simultaneously. I started the medicine for the first time last night and even though i can feel my body is having a hard time adjusting as i expected, i got out of bed faster than i have for like the past 5 years. I’m an early riser and wake up around 4:30-5:00 am and i tend to struggle so much with getting out of bed and forcing myself to do the typical morning routine for hours, but for the first time today i woke up at 6:00 and was able to shower by 7:00 which was a hugeee improvement. So even though the medicine is currently making me physically tired, i’m glad to see such a small difference already because it means i have hope. I have papers and exams coming up for next week so i’ve been inspired by you posting your schedule to also make my own schedule to keep up with it. I do it on weekdays for school but i never thought to really incorporate my weekend into it too. Adieux, Jaehyuk PD 🫶

Oooh I think I've heard it 🤩 great recommendation. Thank you. It sounds like a great song for today

Ludovico Einaudi has quickly become one of my favorite contemporary composers and I would recommend listening to anything he's put out. Also, I know it doesn't mean much but this internet stranger is very proud of all of you for working through whatever you're dealing with and being each other's form of therapy. Love you all!

Form of Therapy

Really? Now I'll look into more of them! I've been looking for contemporary composers for sooo long thank you :)

When are we getting the next drama club reactions?

Sarahvtae

Not trying to be rude or pushy...i'm just genuinely asking😅 Cause the last reactions were over a week ago

Incheonguy

Please post the reactions we subscribe for. You can start a blog or something if you want to, seeing you have time to update with personal details of your life when so many OVERDUE reactions have not been done is really not what your long time and loyal patreons want. The time you spent on that or this post could have been 1 overdue promised reaction checked off. It's nice you can get all these "take care of yourself" replies. And do take care of yourself but also DELIVER what has been promised and is OWED because we paid you for them in the past. Also making a tier cheaper, but not allowing it access to previous content we paid for by giving you a higher sub fee for years in the past, is a big FU to those of us who supported you and still do(for the moment).

I've also been enjoying Tony Ann a lot. His stuff tends to be more high-energy but check him out, too!

Wow this is such a disrespectful comment? There are things more important than reactions releasing on time...
