OMG This is so amazing! I was born in the 60's and I grew up on 90% of this!!! Love watching all these incredible entertainers speak highly of all the others that had recorded there! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS ❣️❣️❣️ 🎶😎🎶

Ahhhh this was so good! Dave wrote a book over quarantine that I've been meaning to get my hands on; I'm sure he's got so many stories from the Sound City era

Thanks for this. Tom Petty passed away in 2017 at the age of 66. His death blindsided me completely because while he was no longer young, he certainly wasn't old. I had a good cry watching this. I saw you grooving to his song "Don't Come Around Here No More." I highly recommend that you react to that video. It was my favorite as a kid and it still holds up. "Somewhere You Feel Free," a documentary about the making of Tom Petty's Wildflowers album was released this year. He made that record with Rick Rubin. I haven't seen it yet, but I will when I get the chance.

I was not a Petty fan until I saw him in concert in Huntsville, AL. I randomly came across tickets, and thought, why not? Lots of entertainers give less than amazing concerts at smaller city venues. Not him. It blew me away. He was incredible. Fan for life.
