The story is truely deeply planned. Not as usual corruption-themed comics with straight forward story line, I can say Daireiger is your best plotted work on story of all your comics. Although the corruption scence may still need the last chapter to show out, all bedding done on first 4 chapters will corporate to explode at last and give the readers most unforgettable experience. Again waiting is suffering but a good work worth for all readers to be patient. Let me guess, the added pages you mentioned last time by MP could be the WuXia scenes happened in Eli's mind world? That looks like your personal wish G9 hahaha, we all know you wanted to make a WuXia themed comic before. Anyway, I do like the change of Mina step by step and falling deeper and deeper, it is indeed not the usual level of a corruption comic, you 2 have done such an amazing job! The NTR part surprisingly boosts the overall experience, like I said on some other website, NTR is not all of corruption but it will improve the corruption story effectively. At last, it seems like KIM plays the role of smart guy in story and nothing much about her corruption has been mentioned. If it is possible, I do believe most of readers want a all corrupted dark ending which also include KIM. Hope to see the last chapter soon!

No, Eli's wuxia daydream was actually the last big problem that was solved before I suggested to G9 to split the story in chapters, so those pages are from that long ago already. You may remember that I wrote on the blog when G9 left for his vacation that he had just sent me a new version that contained a lot more scenes, some of which I liked, some of which I didn't. That version was 4B. (The version I put online today was 4J.) 4A only had one big headache, and that was when the Reigers needed to be searching for Mina while Ryo and Yeri were just "waiting" in the base (page 060). In the very first version, there was just a single page of the whole group being sad and worried. Like they had just given up and didn't know what to do. Some superheroes they are... So then came a few experiments with Eli and Kenji searching. There was even one where Kenji spotted her and they returned to the base together, but this didn't work to make Mina miserable and lonely when she believes she sees Ryo and Yeri kissing. Eventually I had the idea to simply put the whole explanation of why Ryo+Yeri needed to be in the base in Eli's phone call and beef up the scene visually with that getting-lost-in-daydream humor. I asked G9 to make 1 or 2 pictures in which Eli imagines himself to be Mina's superhero...and then G9 made that whole wuxia scene! >_<

The last problem pages had to do with the part from 133 to 152 (138-142 didn't exist yet.) It ends with Ryo+Yeri's secret mission. (Those pages are actually the very first pages of this chapter I did the text for.) Originally, that mission ended successfully: they made photos of suspicious activity, and they would show this proof to the board. However, just like currently in the comic, there was never a follow-up. Next page was just their meeting (where Mina snaps to Eli), and there was never any mention anymore of the suspicious activity Ryo+Yeri found. Additionally, there was also the scene before where Reina reports to Kirgoun. This scene (Reina's efforts as a spy) would have been useless if Ryo+Yeri's mission was a success. So this remained an unsolved headache for quite a while. Next there was the big problem with Kenji. How did he know about the suspicion towards Chelsea? Yeri had heard from Irene, and Yeri then immediately encountered Ryo, and together they would do the secret mission. What about the others? Kenji NEEDED to know, otherwise the entire scene wouldn't work, and it would need to be believable in some way that Mina and Eli apparently don't. Additionally, there was the problem with the time. It is clearly late in 133-137, and it is not as late in 149-152. So when does Kenji's sex scene with Reina happen, and what event can happen before this in which he can hear the info from Yeri? I can only hope that this whole part in the comic looked completely ordinary when you read this. If so, then G9 and I succeeded in solving this puzzle, but it sure was a pain to think of solutions. The transition from 142 to 143 is still a bit crude, but it'll have to do. Oh, and about the compliments for how deeply the whole story has been planned: do remember that this whole thing was originally meant to be a simple short comic of about 80-100 pages. Things turned out a little...different. ^_^;

Great g9, this is definitely a work of art, not just a cartoon. After the enjoyment of this chapter, mina seems to have cheated reasonably and irreversibly betrayed her former friend. What she did is very different from other victims. Obviously, she deliberately entered the mind. Whiner has also become the most important role around the lord. Can you post a little personal advice? I hope mina will have the nail polish in the trailer in the next chapter. At the same time, I hope she can face reo fiercely. (Obviously, only you can do how to catch the audience's psychological expectations for NTR.)

Indeed. Considering the special relationship between Kenji and Chelsea, and the fact that the investigation was only in its preliminary phase, there was no reason for Yeri and Ryo to tell Kenji about the story, and the timing of the events was too coincidental. However, the most plausible explanation remains that the cunning Kirgoun had anticipated everything and prepared for it in advance. What remains in doubt is that the current Leland seems to be acting too foolishly compared to his previous strength, and without any regard for the fact that the actual leader of the Red Moon is still alive. What I would like to know is whether there is currently a crude version of the final chapter, such as 5A or 5B? Consider what the final chapter will deal with: Mina's rebellion, the defeat of Leland, the destruction of Daireger, the brainwashing of Yeri, the torture of Ryo and Eli, and a completely dark ending. It's going to be no less than any of the previous chapters in pages, right? It's going to be a massive project. It's amazing as well as thank you for all your work!

Maybe it's a coincidence, but you two have absolutely brought this comic to an outstanding level. Like we never know what will happen tomorrow, this comic may become your iconic work in the future instead of a mini comic. All I have at the moment is a rough, early start of chapter 5: a few scenes with clear gaps between them, 53 pages total. So this cannot even be considered to be "5A" yet. This package stems from mid-December. Ever since then, there hasn't been any time anymore to focus on chapter 5. G9 may have made more since then, but these 53 pages are all I've seen so far.

Outstanding work! Hope my opinion will not offend you, I just hope Yeri will not corrupt too easily. She is such a smart, Sensitive person. In my opinion, brainwashing Yeri is a more difficult thing. At least from the current clues, Mina is more emotional and Yeri is more rational. And I think it is easier to control an emotional person, but it is more difficult to control a rational, independent, and intelligent person. Finally, please don't be offended if my point of view is wrong.

I'll give a few examples: Other rangers seem to have once caused Mina to be kidnapped (or go missing) due to their own misjudgments. Moreover, Yeri always seems to be the first to notice when Mina goes missing. In addition, Yeri was the first to suspect that the doctor had betrayed them. Yeri was also the first to doubt the change in Mina's personality. Yeri appears to be the team's strategist (she is the only one who can see through Kirgoun's schemes). Although, from the creator's perspective, Yeri is just a supporting character, looking back at the entire story, Yeri appears to be too clever. In summary, I feel that the corruption of Yeri should be a difficult process.

I don't know if you have written these posts after having read what I wrote on the blog about Yeri, so please have a look there in case you haven't. We let Yeri be a strong and intelligent person on purpose, so she would be able to shine on her own in this story that isn't really about her. While Mina got to play the role of the main heroine and the primary fetish material, Yeri got to play the role of the clever and cool detective. You could indeed argue that this now has backfired because readers not only want her to fall too (obviously) but also want/expect the process to be difficult enough to let it suit her personality. In all honesty, at the moment of writing this, I know only a little more than you do. I don't even know if G9 already completely knows what he wants to do, or if we'll be (as so often) figuring it out on the go while we're making it. (Letting the story tell itself, as I call it.) What I DO know is how I always stand in this with any character in any of our comics: I always want everything that happens and everything that everyone says and thinks to be as believable and relatable as possible. I must be able to believe that this character says this or that that character acts that way. Whatever the fate may be of the Reigers, I'll make sure that it fits in a believable way in the storytelling. Note that this is not the same as promising you that it will be as lengthy or detailed as you or other fans may have in mind. After all, this is just the closing chapter. For example, some fans were also disappointed to see Chelsea fall so easily. Easily? Evil (Kirgoun) played his cards right. His plan was too strong. Strong-minded Chelsea had no chance. Mina would have fallen completely in chapter 3 already if Leland hadn't betrayed Kirgoun. In other words, the way we will end up handling the fate of the Reigers can be perfectly acceptable and satisfying for me, no matter how "rushed" it might be for Yeri fans, as long as I consider all events and actions defendable and fitting in the plot. I really dislike it when writers make their heroines ridiculously dumb and naive as the only way to get them into trouble, but I also don't believe in resisting for the sake of resisting, just to get to a certain amount of pages when it's far more fitting to the plot to let the heroine fall quicker.

I understood. About Yeri, fans maybe say too much. I also dislikes our heroines resist just for the sake of resisting. Considered Kirgoun had gotten Mina completely and could use his fullest power to destroy Daireiger without any worries, even Yeri didn't have a chance. I got it. In short, I used to think that the stronger the heroine, the harder it is for her to be brainwashed. However, what I don't know is that there are many external factors that affect: such as Kirgoun mastering her weakness, which makes it easy to brainwash. Thanks for the explanation, MP.
