are the eyes in the manato halloween mod gonna be fixed??

i cant use the make every character touchable mode that i installed from gamebanana i installed latest verison and i copy pasted it in zzmi s mode folders on xxmi when i started game i pressed f10 like it asked me and when i was pressed f7 key its says it was enabled so i tried touching but none of my characters or mods were touchable i m using lycaon life guard,manato life guard ,mr roar fat touchable and banyue muscle mode

Is there a mod for old character’s w-engine effects to stay on from the start instead of only during their EX specials (i don’t know if that made sense)? Like Lycaon and Lighter, is their a mob that keeps the w-engine effects on from the start?
