Chapter 33

(Demiplane, Next Day)

In a beautiful field of blue flowers that definitely didn’t exist in the real world, a lone figure could be seen meditating in the ground under an endless starry sky.

Upon closer inspection the figure was actually a teen with blue hair similar to the flowers around him sitting so still that one could almost mistake him for a lifelike statue if it wasn’t for the slight movement behind the teen’s eyelids.

A shroud of dark orange chakra suddenly manifested around the teen taking the shape of a raccoon with a single tail. After a moment the shape changed now resembling a turtle with three tails before it changed again into the form of a kitsune with nine tails.

A moment later the chakra receded inside the teen and he opened his eyes showing a pair of glowing golden eyes.

“Ciel, how long has it been?” I asked softly letting myself fall on my back and looking up at the endless stars in the sky.

“According to my calculations, a total of 375 days has passed on the outside while only 18 hours have passed here.” Ciel immediately responded with an upbeat tone in her voice, no doubt happy at all the time I had spent with her.

“A year huh?” I muttered quietly thinking about how I found myself in this situation.

It has been a while now that I purchased the Demiplane perk but I had only just recently bought all the perks under it, especially the Laws of Reality perk thanks to Velgrynd. Using her unparalleled speed, I had tasked her with Stamping everyone in Konoha and using those credits I had bought all the perks under the Demiplane tree.

That’s where the Laws of Reality perk came into effect. With it I had been able to build my very own Hyperbolic Time Chamber, which was where I currently found myself, and made it so every hour spent inside was 500 hours outside of it. Or a ratio of 1:500.

Needing to get a handle of all my new skills and abilities from Rimuru and Satou along with being a Jinchuuriki, I had decided to enter the chamber and train under Ciel’s guidance.

I had been met with astounding success and I could now use all of my powers like it was second nature even managing to reach Satou’s full power within the year.

Since I hadn’t told anyone but Ciel of my plans though, I now found myself missing everyone and I couldn’t wait to get back to them.

‘Besides, it’s about time for me to revive the Uchiha and leave on my little quest. I don’t want to spend any more time in this world than I have to.’ I thought to myself before suddenly blinking out of existence as if I was never there and appearing the same instant in front of the entrance to the place.

‘Are you ready Shukaku, Isobu, Kurama? It’s time to gather the rest of your siblings.’ I asked to the Biju inside me as I pulled open the door and walked out of it immediately perceiving how the passage of time had returned to ‘normal’.

“Tsk, you even need to ask ya bastard?” Came the voice of Shukaku sounding excited. “I sure as hell am ready to leave this dump of a world and claim a desert for myself.”

“Yes Akari. I also find myself looking forward to exploring the Oceans of your world if I’m honest.” Isobu said next sounding just as excited.

“This is really happening huh? It seems surreal if I’m being honest.” Kurama commented last with a thoughtful tone.

“HA! Don’t tell me you’re actually going to miss this dump, Baka-Kitsune.” Shukaku mocked.

“Why you-”

Ignoring their banter as it had become a common occurrence by now, I slowly made my way to the kitchen where I felt everyone was situated probably having breakfast.

Entering the kitchen, I was met with cheerful greetings and hugs from everyone since I had been gone for the past 24 hours. Once everything calmed down and I was situated at the head of the table I addressed everyone.

“I’m going to be reviving the Uchiha Clan tomorrow and later that day me, Velzard, Velgrynd and Veldora will be leaving for a few months.” I revealed calmly being met with sad but understanding looks already knowing this day was coming since I told them a few weeks ago.

“Akari, while I really don’t care about the Uchiha, are you sure that they won’t try something while you’re gone? You know, them planning to stage a coup and all years back?” Hikari asked me curiously getting everyone’s attention.

“A valid question Hikari.” I smiled at the girl getting a small blush in return. “Don’t worry though, with the help of Ciel I managed to come up with a good solution in order to keep them all in check.”

“What did you come up with?” Kushina asked curiously.

“I will be crafting everyone I revive artificial souls and replacing them with their original, in order to make sure that they don’t cause any problems for anyone.” I explained as if what I had just said was not something crazy and impossible.

“…”

“…”

“WHAT!??”

The only ones not surprised were my fellow True Dragons who were still eating without a care in the world.

“You can do that!?” Karin exclaimed standing up from her seat and slamming the table with her hands in surprise.

“Yep.”

At my nonchalant response, Karin slumped her head forward and sat back down. “Haah, of course you can.”

“Umm, that’s great and all but how will that exactly help with keeping them from causing problems?” Kushina asked curiously after getting over her shock.

“Simple.” Velgrynd chimed in surprising everyone as she rarely talked to anyone but myself and her siblings. “Akari is going to place certain ‘commands’ into the artificial souls, ensuring those he revives don’t cause any trouble.”

Her answer only surprised everyone even more with Izumi now giving me a worried look.

“You won’t completely take away their free will, will you Akari?”

“Of course not.” I shook my head getting Izumi to breath in relief. “That said they did almost attempt a coup so I needed a way to keep them from doing anything foolish, your mom excluded of course.”

“If the thought of betraying or harming the village ever arises in any of them, they will start to feel a pain in their chest that will only increase if the thought persists until it eventually kills them.” I explained in more detail.

“Good.” Hikari suddenly said with a pleased nod. “I would have called you foolish if you had just revived them without a method to prevent them from attempting to rebel again. I’m glad I was wrong.”

Nobody had the guts to say anything in response to that knowing what she had been through in the past by the clan and so with no further questions we focused back on our meal.

That day I did my best to spend as much time as I could with everyone with my departure soon approaching.

(Next Day, Hokage’s Office)

“That fucking idiot.” I muttered with a sigh at what Tsunade had just informed me as I stood in front of her desk early the morning having just been summoned here.

“My thought’s exactly.” Tsunade said with a nod.

Apparently Sasuke had decided to run away to Orochimaru yesterday evening even after all the changes I had made making me worder if that was one of the events in the timeline that was set in stone.

“So, what do you want me to do?” I asked with a raised eyebrow. “I did tell you about my plans for today, right? I have no time to be going after a rebellious teen unless you want me to kill him.” I did promise that if Sasuke ever defected to the pedo, that I would kill him after all.

“No, don’t worry. I have no plans to send you after the Uchiha.” Tsunade said with a shake of her head before looking nervously at me. “I was actually hoping you could ask one of your little girlfriends to accompany a team I already picked as back up?”

Raising my other eyebrow, I was about to reject her but paused and thought about it a little more. ‘I guess I could use this opportunity to Stamp the Sound Four and Kimimaro since I missed my chance last time.’

“Fine, I’ll let Hikari know.” Since Hikari cared nothing for the Uchiha Clan this would serve as a nice distraction for the girl.

“Haah good. Now I don’t feel too bad about sending a bunch of brats on this mission.” Tsunade let out a sigh and relaxed on her chair.

“Changing topics, even though it’s selfish of me to say, I’m glad that you are finally reviving the Uchiha. With their revival, no one will question Nawaki’s appearance and he can finally stop annoying me about having to hide his name.” Tsunade said with a smile thinking about her little brother.

“I’m sure he will.” I nodded in agreement crossing my arms over my chest thinking about the kid.

Similar to Hanabi, I had asked Tsunade to keep the fact that Nawaki was now alive again a secret until I revived the Uchiha to stop people from bothering me. In the week leading up to the revival of the Uchiha, the little rascal had taken to following me around everywhere I went asking me to teach him cool jutsu.

In an attempt to get him to leave me alone and to gain some more points from Tsunade, I had gifted the two siblings the power of Mokuton with Added Potential. I had also bought AP (Asura’s Chakra) for Izumi and Hikari and AP (Indra’s Chakra) for Kushina, Karin and Tsunade giving them the possibility to awaken their own Rinnegan in the future.

“Hmhm has he stopped calling you an old hag yet?” I asked teasingly not even blinking as a random object from her desk was launched at my face only for it to disappear when it was about to hit me, the object being sent to my inventory.

“Tsk, asshole. You know he hasn’t.” Tsunade huffed in annoyance crossing her arms under her chest making her breasts look even bigger than they already were.

When Nawaki had been made aware of the situation that he had basically traveled in time, the first thing he had done was yelling at Tsunade calling her an old hag. It had been hilarious to watch Tsunade holding back her anger not wanting to whale on her recently revived brother for all his teasing.

Even after Tsunade explained that she was not old anymore and her current appearance reflected her current age, the little shit had just called her a witch further annoying the blonde.

“Tsunade,” I suddenly adopted a serious expression grabbing the blonde’s attention causing her to straighten up in her seat. “Be sure you are ready to depart from this world as soon as I return.”

“I will.” Tsunade said with a serious look on her face.

Tsunade was already in the know about my plans to leave this world as soon as my tasks were done and she had jumped at the opportunity to leave this world that had brought her nothing but heartache. Especially now that she had her little brother back as she didn’t want him to grow up in this world of bloodshed.

I didn’t even have to persuade her really and since she was coming, it was a given that Shizune would be coming along and probably her brother too. It was too early to tell if Nawaki would follow us or would decide to remain in the village no matter what Tsunade said. That kid just like Naruto was hyper focused on becoming Hokage even now after all.

With nothing else to say I teleported back to the compound and let Hikari know of the upcoming mission. As for me, I had some corpses to bring back to life.

(Later That Evening)

“Welcome back to the living my fellow Uchiha.” I announced loudly from a raised platform to the hundreds of Uchiha gathered below me as they all looked around in confusion.

The only reason everyone was not currently demanding questions or freaking out was due everyone already being Stamped and me allowing them the temporary use of Stress Defense. Of course, when I left this world, I would be releasing almost everyone as most of them weren’t worth any points and were just taking up space in my capture list.

We currently found ourselves in my Demiplane having decided to perform all the resurrections here instead of back in the village. With the help of Ciel I had already replaced all but Hazuki’s (Izumi’s mom) soul with an artificial one. Speaking of Izumi, she was currently with her mother back home no doubt catching up on lost time.

That didn’t mean I was alone though as to my right was Kushina and to my left were Velzard and Velgrynd with the latter currently frowning in annoyance.

Velgrynd suddenly let out her aura silencing everyone down below and causing them to pale in fear at the pressure she was releasing. “Silence, you insects! Akari has something to say!”

Seemingly pleased that everyone was no longer muttering against themselves Velgrynd turned to me and gave me a nod dismissing her aura.

“Thank you Velgrynd.” I offered my dragoness a smile and was pleased when I saw a bit of red grow on her cheeks. “Now, as I was saying…”

I took the next half an hour explaining to everyone what had happened since their death in regards to both Konoha and out in the Shinobi World. I also let them know that with the exception of the masked man (Obito), those responsible for their death were now gone.

I caught Mikoto releasing a few tears when she heard that but ignored it for now as I would be talking to her later in regards to Sasuke.

I then went on to explain that they would be reinstated to the village and to do their best to get along with Konoha going forward only receiving a few grumbles in return that were immediately silenced by Velgrynd narrowing her eyes.

“Good, that about sums up everything I wanted to tell you. The Fifth Hokage should be in contact with you soon to see if you want to go back to the Konoha Military Police Force or you want to do something else. Any questions?” I finished off looking at the crowd and immediately seeing a couple of hands raising in the air.

“Who will be leading the Uchiha now that Fugaku-san is not here and you are not available?” Uchiha Naori, a black-haired beauty with pale skin asked curiously once I motioned for her to speak.

“That task will fall to Shisui.” I immediately responded turning my eyes to the young teen who had been silent until now.

I had managed to find his body in the Naka River thankfully after a few hours of searching. With Sasuke being butt buddies with Orochimaru now, someone had to take command of the Uchiha and what better than Shisui, someone I believed would have been much stronger than Itachi by now if he lived.

“I…” Shisui opened his eyes wide in surprise and tried to speak only for nothing to come out. Then taking a deep breath he seemed to settle his nerves and nodded his head. “I understand. To be honest I don’t know if I’m qualified for such a position having failed to save the clan before but I will give it my best now that you have given us a second chance.” He said sincerely offering me a small bow.

“Good, I trust nobody has a problem with this?” I asked turning to everyone else with a raised eyerbrow.

Not getting any pushback I answered a few more questions. Most of them having to do with housing, work and stuff like that until at last I found my eyes settled on Mikoto Uchiha, Sasuke and Itachi’s hot milf of a mom.

“I-Is Sasuke still alive?” Mikoto asked nervously trying not to get her hopes up. “I understand that you couldn’t spare Fugaku or Itachi due to the role they played in the past but you haven’t mentioned anything about Sasuke.”

Staying silent for a few moments I contemplated on whether I should tell her the truth or not.

“He’s alive as far as I know.” I muttered at last deciding the woman at least deserved that instead of straight up telling her that her son had defected the village and would now be hunted down as a criminal.

‘The fucking idiot left literally the day before I brought his family back. Talk about bad timing. Though I wonder what he’ll do once news reaches him. If he’s still alive at that point of course and Hikari hasn’t killed him by now.’ I thought silently.

“Please come see me after everything is settled. I have something I want to discuss with you.” I instructed the woman receiving a nod from her.

‘This should take care of almost all the requirements for the Uchiha’s Resurgence mission. I just have to kill Obito now and I will be rewarded with 2 IMG Tickets.’ I thought in satisfaction before thinking about something and deciding I might as well go along with it.

Opening up my HUD, I scrolled to the Bindings section and without pause returned my Company Stamp. Then I switched to the Shroud tree and using the credits I had received from the True Dragon’s capture, I bought everything under the Shroud of Power including Conjunction and Apportation.

With the Shroud I could ensure that the Uchiha truly were the strongest clan in the village, as it gave everyone I bound a boost in power depending on their current tier. That’s not even mentioning the empathic bond all Shroud bound now had along with being able to teleport without any restrictions to anyone else that also had a Shroud.

Blinking as every bit of information about the Shroud and how to use it became available to me, I let out a small grin before looking at everyone around me as my Astral Shroud manifested behind me in hundreds of tendrils.

“Lastly I want everyone to please remain still as I’m about to give you a small gift. Consider it your reward for being dead all these years.” Then without waiting for a response I let the hundreds of tendrils to surround every Uchiha and even the girls beside me who let out cute yelps of surprise.

A moment later I willed the Shroud to disappear and watched with a smile as everyone below now had their own basic Shroud around them. To my sides though the girls had received an Elemental Shroud of their own based on their own elements with Velzard receiving the Boreal Shroud, Velgrynd the Volcanic Shroud and Kushina the Pelagic Shroud.

Finished with my task I made a couple of clones and had them teleport the Uchiha back to Konoha and their homes while I turned to the girls besides me, specifically Kushina who was giddily playing with her new Shroud with a huge smile on her face.

“Kushina,” I muttered immediately getting the redhead to look at me curiously before launching herself at me and pulling me in for a hug.

“Thank you Akari~ This Shroud thing is amazing~ I can already feel so much stronger with it.” Kushina squealed in my ear.

“Hahaha I’m glad you think so. Make sure you practice with it alright? The Shroud has many abilities that will surprise you.” I chuckled gently kissing the side of her head and pulling her closer into my embrace getting a pleased hum in response.

“That goes for you two of course.” I followed looking at the two dragonesses in front of me who were watching our interaction in slight jealousy.

“Especially you Velzard, the Shroud should have brought you a step closer to your old power.” I continued looking at the white-haired girl knowing that thanks to the Shroud she had gained another tier now being a tier9, just one tier below her original power.

“You didn’t have to tell me. I could immediately feel it.” Velzard said looking down at her Boreal Shroud curiously.

 “Alright, I have one last surprise for today and I think you will really enjoy this one Kushina.” I said pulling away from our hug getting a cute pout in return before she blinked catching on to what I said.

“Ooh~ What is it?” Kushina asked excitedly.

In response I just grinned and with a snap of my fingers two figures teleported behind the redhead.

“…Well? Are you going to show me?” Kushina asked again when nothing happened still unaware of the people behind her.

“…K-Kushina-chan?”

A feminine voice suddenly interrupted causing Kushina to freeze in place. Then turning around almost in slow motion with tears already falling down her cheeks, Kushina faced the couple standing before her. A middle-aged man with black hair and blue eyes and a beautiful redhead almost identical in appearance to Kushina with purple eyes.

“…M-Mom? D-Dad?”

I stood back with Velzard and Velgrynd and watched with a smile on my face as Kushina reunited with her parents, her smile the biggest and happiest I had ever seen on her even with tears falling down her cheeks.

“Silly girl, did you really think that I would only be bringing back Izumi’s parents? You’re my woman too and there’s nothing I wouldn’t do to make you happy.” I transmitted to the redhead using our new empathic bond.

“T-Thank you Akari ‘sniff’. Thank you for bringing them back. I love you. I love you so much!” Kushina thanked me literally pouring her heart out to me and thanks to our new bond I was able to feel everything she felt leaving me stunned at the strength of her love for me.

“…I love you too.”
