The Potential "New" A-Bomb Radio. (Patreon)

Hey folks!

The general public is already enjoying the premiere of episode 7 by the hundreds, and on top of working on new ones, I've been quietly working on the new "Speakeasy Radio" project that I mentioned in the last Atomic Broadcast.

This past week has been a process of finding 100+-year-old recordings and cleaning them up if needed. So far, I've surpassed nearly a hundred titles for the rotation, and even used a new app service to test out how it would sound in an official setting (PS - it sounds GOOD!). After spending an hour listening, I have to say it personally makes me want to pour a fancy drink and look out my window on a foggy night xD

But anyway, I'm intending to play it VERY SAFE this time; that being said, I actually emailed the US Sound Exchange to double-check if there aren't ANY loopholes to this station, even under the 100yr copyright rule. If I get a message back soon with good news, we can all breathe a sigh of relief regarding no more sudden takedowns.

I also wanted to charge .99 cents for the app as a one-time purchase, since I will be having to pay out-of-pocket fees for my Apple Developer account and the streaming service itself. I'm sure you know if I can find a way to make it free for you all, I definitely would.

But let's not get too ahead of ourselves here: let's wait for the Sound Exchange email and go from there. Either way, I'm very optimistic!
