And what a great start to the week it is!

Nearly a day after shooting an email to the exact agent who ordered the takedown for A-Bomb Radio this July, I get a message back saying there aren’t any legal loopholes or technicalities that can get in the way of Speakeasy Radio! Hooray! 🎉 🍻

This means that I’m free to use an broadcast a brand-new app/station with songs dating from 1923 and behind! With this in mind, I plan to create yet another listener-oriented station with special jingles and promos as before. I would love for the background “setting” to be just as the name entails — a Speakeasy!! I’m loving the idea of featuring a rotation of bartender characters and mix in some 1920s themed radio ads as well. Tell me what you guys think!

And again, I still wanted to preface that since I will undoubtedly have to pay out of pocket for the services I’ll be using, I’ll probably end up only charging a $.99 fee per download of the app. Hopefully that can help cover that.

Please feel free to send your suggestions for the future station! I can’t wait for this 😀 .

A good second place I think, always nice to have a speakeasy with flappers and dicks!

I’m elated by this news! Seeing as my dumb bum just recently found out that A-Bomb radio was unceremoniously taken away (I still have the app on my phone).

Omg I was so sad to see that you didn’t know it until recently, but I’m glad you could receive this bit of news shortly after. At least this time, we know we won’t be in for any unwanted surprises 😃
