Book Recommendation: Sixteen Acres: Architecture and the Outrageous Struggle for the Future of Ground Zero (Patreon)

This is a really interesting read if you have specific interests. I found this book while writing my second Master's paper on the rebuilding of Ground Zero after the attack. What really shines as interesting is how Philip Nobel's knowledge of the architecture scene in New York shows how this process was a high stakes game of power between some pwoerful private and public people. Really fun read.
