If you plan to use the Patreon Shop, I recommend using the website rather than the app. The Patreon app may charge an additional 30% due to Apple’s App Store fees, while purchases made through the website have no extra fees.

Hi Chloe! Of course!
- Yes, this is a standard frame from Procreate, but when you export your illustration, this frame will not be displayed.
- The Air Brush reacts to brush pressure. The best way to use this brush is to start with a light pressure and then rapidly increase the pressure. Using the brush this way can create effects for clouds, smoke, and highligts. If you’re still unsure whether something’s working correctly, you can send me a video on Instagram, and I’ll check if the brush is working correctly. 😊

I’m contacting you because I have a problem with my purchase.
I purchased the REALISTIC BRUSHES & CANVASES BUNDLE for $39 USD through Patreon on my mobile phone. The payment was taken from my account, but I still don’t have access to the brushes and canvases included in this bundle.
I also purchased the REALISTIC WATERCOLOR BRUSHES FOR PROCREATE for $14 USD, because I thought these brushes were included in the $39 bundle. The $14 purchase worked correctly — I received the confirmation email and I can access the brushes.
Could you please help me understand why I don’t have access to the $39 bundle even though I was charged for it? I have paid quite a lot for both purchases, and I would really like to get access to everything that was included in the bundle I purchased.
I can provide screenshots of the payments and purchase confirmation if needed.

Hello Kristina! Thank you so much for your purchase! I’ve checked, and I only see a purchase from you for the “Realistic Watercolor Brushes” collection. However, I don’t see a purchase for the “Brushes Bundle.” It is possible the transaction didn’t go through successfully; the funds might have been held (authorized) but not actually charged. Please wait a few days, as the money will likely be returned to your account if the purchase failed.

I understand. However, I can see the $39 USD payment in my bank account. It has been converted to euros and is currently showing as a reserved/pending payment. The money has already been deducted from my available balance.
The $14 USD payment for the Realistic Watercolor Brushes is also showing as reserved/pending in my bank account, but you can already see that purchase on your side and I have access to the brushes.
Since both payments were made yesterday, I understand that the $39 payment may still be processing. I just want to make sure that the payment has not been lost and that I will either receive access to the bundle or get the money back if the transaction failed.
I can send you a screenshot of the $39 payment from my bank if that would help.

Hi Kristina! Yes, I understand your situation. I think, you need to wait for the payment to move out of “pending” status - either by being processed (at which point you’ll gain access to the brushes) or by being cancelled.
On this platform, Patreon manages all payments and handles the actual charging of funds. I don’t have access to payment information or transaction details. Also, it is currently the weekend. You might want to wait a few days, if the payment doesn’t go through, you can contact the site’s technical support and send them a screenshot, as only they can help you resolve payment issues. I also sent you a private message.

I just subscribed yesterday so I’m quite new here :) I see some brushes are included in the subscription but others are not. Shall I but the bundle to have all of them (even though I think some of them are included in the subscription)? For the Art Studio Tier, practically all brushes are available, with the exception of the Realistic Watercolor Brushes collection (which is the main set I use for lessons) and the Realistic Gouache collection. The other collections, including oils, oil pastels, special effects brushes, and more are available for Art Studio members to download in the “Collections – Brushes” section. Sorry if this has been asked and answered before…but I just joined and I thought some brushes come with joining at the 15$ level. But I can’t seem to find where to download them in order to follow along with the tutorials. Am I mistaken?
