I almost called this one "RPG Cribs" as a play on MTV Cribs, but I just didn't know if anyone would get that reference anymore.

I thought I was done with the housing comics, but being that pre-release content started this week it seems like it's all anyone is talking about. Initially I thought I would make a comic where someone was struggling with decorating their home due to in-game mechanics, however, I'm not actually playing at the moment and haven't bought the expansion, so I have no way of testing it out myself.

I tried watching some videos but nothing was really coming to me that didn't feel forced. I then thought, what if I do a comic about a player who can't engage with the new content? What would they do? The rest of the comic came out of that idea. The first iteration of that idea was Donald going to various different shops and locations in the game and claiming them as his home, but it was just too long and busy.

I haven't used him in a while, but I used the same innkeeper design as the one from all the way back to comics like #459.

Omg we are old! I loved MTV Cribs! This is such a throwback!

I haven't bothered with Housing even though I have Pre-purchased. I just don't see the point.

You nailed it! But it could be funny to see Donald doing the same thing in other areas... Like getting thrown into prison on purpose. ("But he could just hearth!" "This is Donald. Are you sure he knows he can do that?")

Housing is single handedly making my playtime skyrocket to level professions or do quests for housing items. And I love it!

Isn’t Donald’s entire family also Donald? You’d think between his dad and his older brothers, they’d have some empathy and bust out the wallet. And wasn’t his uncle the original Donald who knew how to play?
