Man, I drew a spider, a frog, and a snail for this one? How very un-lazy of me. Lich king was just around the corner, so maybe I was bored. Also, that snail looks a little Slurms MacKenzie to me. I know I was always big into Futurama, so I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case.

I had spent a lot of time working in a zoo leading up to this comic, and it shows. People would say "Poisonous Snakes" all the time and it would irk me. It's been so long since I looked at this one that I completely forgot where it was heading. For a moment I thought I was just getting on a soapbox about venom vs poison and it wouldn't really lead anywhere, but I like the punchline.

Though I'm pretty sure outside of zoology a poison could be considered any harmful substance regardless of how it enters the body.

Did the envenom ability already exist in TBC? If it did I think it consumed poison stacks. Man they gotta keep their terminology straight.

I think Keydar started to look a bit better in this era of the comics, but man, Nyte looks a little potato-heady. She's almost one haircut away from Donald.

I went into the original file and found this hidden on one of the layers. What the hell was I planning here? Why does she have a knife out? I have zero memory of this.
