Comic #759: Walking Talking Keystones (Patreon)

This one also had a few iterations before I arrived on the final version. I actually deleted two panels pretty late into the process. These were the 5th, and 6th panels of the comic, just before the punchline.

They were basically expositive panels, giving the reader an explanation for panel #4. Ultimately, I decided it might have just been funnier to leave it unexplained. Hopefully the readers would just interpret it as a manifestation of Miji's perspective.

It was hard to let go of those two panels, because I liked the joke that Miji had an addon that changed everyone's name to their respective keystones, because that is all he saw them as. Ultimately, I felt the joke wasn't work the disruption in the flow of the comic.
