Comic #819: Declined (Patreon)

A spiritual successor to comic #670. I enjoy making comics where Narya feels personally persecuted by the game or its players.

If you look carefully you can see most of the other guild members listed in the queue of the final panel. I decided to list Donald in there with 12 item level. You can use your imagination on how he achieved that.

I originally wasn't going to include Krom, because he would never join a queue with Narya as leader. In the end I decided to have him join, and then IMMEDIATELY cancel. The idea was to make it look like he had joined a group and then realized who the leader was, and noped out.

At first I also had each frame of the animation last the exact same amount of time, but in the end I found that by randomly varying the length of the frames, it made it look more realistic, like people were joining the queue at different times.
