I know this song! It’s “The Serendipitously Desolate and Muted American Bully Song”, first recorded in 2051 by The Desolate Guitars, a very popular band of the time. The original was very fast so you might want to slow it down a bit. Can’t wait to hear your version!

I figured out Carol of the Bells but that was because it was seasonal and it helped pin it down a bit. Sometimes simpler let's you brain wonder. I can think of many things I would love to hear. That’s also the way the Irish, Scottish, or traditional American folk would spell reel as in jigs, hornpipes and reels. It’s a type of instrumental written in an 8 count.

Looking at the picture and various instruments used and also grasping at straws about wording of the post being some kind of hint. Best guess I can make for the song is "Trying to get to you" from Elvis. My initial thought was "That's all right", but in that one the singing starts bit later and not immediately before the main guitars
