I'm guessing you're filming at Pattycake, with a piano. Facepalm emoji says something went wrong, like files for the video were damaged or lost. Or you noticed something when you thought you were done that meant you had to start over (a la Till Then). The snaps on your shirt reinforce my guess that the song is a Western. Hope you're able to resolve soon, without too much pain. You know I love a good story. Can't wait to hear this one.

When your photo popped up suddenly when I wanted to check something on Patreon, boy did that wake me up. That photo is, I'm just going to say it, you look really hot in that photo. I bet Kathy is having a good laugh right now xD She knows it, so well lol (Which is a compliment btw!
