A Christmas song? Novel at this time but I like it 😹

Andy86700

Should be interesting to see what you come up with considering your ever-growing library of Christmas tunes. And will it top "Carol of the Bells"??

Gillian Drysdale

there’s soon for Christmas and then there’s soon! Is this perhaps 2025/Christmas? 😂

Åse M Bruun Lagnestål

Christmas already? 🤔☀️ If you say so. 🤷🏼‍♀️ PS I think I know what song it is. 😎

Dominique

But July is already over 🤔😅

Tine

Yesss😍😍

Amy Murray

Noooo! We need Halloween first! Although I can't wait to hear what you do for either holiday!

Lynn M

Is this the song you hinted at earlier this year that you wanted to do but thought is was a song that was better for Christmas?

Amy Murray

Can ANYTHING top Carol of the Bells? To be fair, if anyone could top that...it would be Geoff.

Stephanie Bunn

This is taking 'time has lost all meaning' to entirely new places.

Mikki Fullerton

I laughed right out loud when you launched into a Christmas song with thoughts of both how much my mother would have loved that in July and how much my daughter would have hated it. 😆 Is this perhaps the same "Christmas song" we got a tease of months ago? Regardless of when we get it or it's released, I look forward to hearing it!

Dolly Geotes

Well Christmas in July just finished. So maybe Happy Birthday to me. Mine is the 23rd

Doyne

Hallelujah! (hopefully)

Sue Armstrong

Wow, talk about planning ahead! How many Os are in that "soon" for a Christmas song filmed in August? 😂

Lois McCray

Christmas before Halloween? Do I need to worry? Yeah, Come on, and Sooon.

PetraH

It is already sooooon time for Christmas songs ☀️😎🎄??? Okay, well, why not. And maybe, maybe for once, I have an idea which song it is 😁🎶 and if I am wrong again, doesn’t matter, it will be brilliant either way. Looking forward to your new song!

Maria Moore

As always you tease us sir lol

Daniel Anderson

Glad to see you back Geoff! A Christmas song in August? Should be exciting! Hope you're doing good and waiting for the song that's coming SOOON! 😊

Leslie Langfitt

So.....Christmas in August? Hey new music of any sort, I'll take. Glad you're back to singing after your...... adventures.

Jeanette Pencz

Oh it’s soon time again 😁😍 We are having a heatwave here in Germany - so I appreciate some cool stuff 😂

Susana

Christmas 😳? If you say so... ☺️. Geoff, tank top on a freezing day for King of the road and a sweater in the middle of summer? We'll see it soon, soon??

Emma Yadkin

sooooon, one "o" for each month of waiting?

David Wanderer

Brave man wearing a woolly jumper at this time of year!

Sarah Borzelli

Lol seeing you in that heavy sweater when it's 1000 degrees is..making me sweat! Hallelujah! 🤣 🥵

Manasi Kane

Bet you needed all your acting chops to be all Christmas-y on what I can only assume was a scorching summer day 🤣 ❤️ Looking forward, as always, to the soons !❤️

Meg Dailey

AUGH NO, IT'S AUGUST. Just this once, I am on the side of Less Soon!!

Agnes EvaR

A Christmas song from you, Geoff, is always appreciated, no matter what time of year it is. Fingers crossed your "soooon" is sooner than Christmas. 😉 I'm just curious how cold it actually is there that you're wearing that sweater.

Maria Rydström

Wonderful to hear Geoff. I’m waiting patiently and with excitement, but a Christmas song?A bit early isn’t it?😊💕

Helen D

Soon is always exciting. 😊

Jamie T.

Looking forward to it. I really think you need to add a T-shirt to your store that just says SOOOON! I'd buy it in a second 😄

Diane Holland

My first thought was how could you be wearing a sweater in this temperature and humidity. Hallelujah! you’re still alive to release a new video.

Nathan Wahl

Sounds strategic. "If only I'd come out with that a lot earlier and then built on it."

Cloudy Skies

Me thinks this "Christmas" song will not be so Christmassy. And I will love it no matter what. Oh, and that sweater is making me faint!

Rahel

HALLELUJAH.... ! A Christmas song🥰 And soon....I Look forward to hearing it and feel so 👼 with 💗

Rahel

Mine the 08.

Rahel

🇨🇭 bei uns auch😥

Rahel

I hope it so much!!!

Ashley Evers

I guess you really meant it when you said you were front loading some songs 🤣🤣

Rahel

😅

Rahel

😅 Hallelujah

Talbot

Hallelujah ain't no Christmas song! But I still love it. 😇

Rahel

🍉😁

Crisstina Joubert

Your Christmas Songs are welcome any time of the year!❤️

Cécile Roussey

Oh yeeeaaaah!!?? Totally!!! I couldn’t be more laughing at your comment there ^^ lol!!! XD

Cécile Roussey

Hey Geoff ^^ Well, we all know that there’s a Christmas in the air in July then? Maybe you’re looking forward to Christmas? Who knows ^^ lol!! Can’t wait to hear the song...:-D Hey, you’re not too hot with the sweater right now!!! O-O! Because it must be hot like here at home in France... And Christmas in July, it’s still nice ^^ finally already in August ^^ You’re early for Christmas lol Seriously, I’m sure your video clip with always several voices will be a delight.... ^^

candi lunsford

Anything you sing will be fantastic, but for a non Christmas song I’m dying to hear you do Desperado. You tell song stories so well and Eagles never goes out of style.

Susan Pratt

I am so excited for this! Christmas is my favorite holiday! I'm just not ready to think about the cold yet! You look and sound great Geoff! Thank you for everything that you do for us!!

C. McClean

Thanks Geoff. Just love everytime you sing... no matter what it is.

KorKnot

I've heard of Christmas in July...but August? This is going to be good. 😃❤️

Marie DesJardin

Ooh, nice sweater! LOL Christmas. It's 100 degrees outside right now. Stay cool, buddy

Meg Dailey

Cold and windy: sleeveless undershirt. Middle of a record-hot summer: cozy sweater. Video recording schedules are truly evil 😂

Marie Galaxy

Oh boy! I hope it’s Hallelujah! Even though I’ve never thought of that song as a Christmas song. And we all know it’s not Christmastime, but I’ll take anything ‘Christmas’ anytime of the year!! ❤️💚

Rachel P.

I like the haircut, Geoff!

Lori Templeman

I think such a T shirt should have the Os in Sooon wrap all the way around the body (one or more times)!

Zoie McIntyre

And, you look as cold as it is for me here in Edmonton, Alberta today. Christmas songs are appropriate - lol. Looking forward to soon .....

Delila Hall

I’m not surprised the sweater is gray. I must say I always get excited when I see I have an email from Geoff Castellucci. I figure that means good things are coming.

ChazyUK

Oh my goodness Geoff 😜 Christmas already and right in the middle of this heat wave 😆😆 well, actually forget the Christmas 🎄 bit just some cooler weather would be really nice round about now as I stick to my chair 🪑 again 😆😆😊

Silv E

Oh, Geoffy... although I'm sure I speak for all of us when I say I now divide my life into "BG" and "AG", your birthday still isn't Christmas😉(but if u wanna give us presents, who am I to refuse?)

Shirley27

I’m down for a Christmas song anytime of the year as long as you’re singing it. Glad to know you’re back.

Terri

Need something to look forward to. Our whole neighborhood was lost to a wildfire on Sat.

R. M. Hunter

My favorite music genre of all time! But, man I hope your A/C is positively FROSTY! A cable knit sweater...in Florida...in August...sounds like an unpleasant work day! Hope you and the family have a great week (and the Boss lets you return to your normal attire soooon. The Midwest heat wave we've been in these last couple weeks is probably heading your direction.

R. M. Hunter

Mikki, both my mom and daughter would be in agreement with yours! The elder generation loves it year round (me too) and the younger barely tolerates a few days either side of the holiday. My mom's favorite group for Christmas music is a brother-brother-sister trio named Life in 3D, your mom might like them. (Not quite as good as Geoff, but still pretty darn good.)

Gretchen G

Oh, cool! Thank you for the teaser, Geoff! Looking forward to the new song! Hope you are doing well, and that August is a better and calmer month for you than July was! 🫶

Mikki Fullerton

I have not heard of Life in 3D, but I'll take a look! My mother's current fav is a jazzy pianist named Beegie Adair, but we grew up on the likes of Arthur Fiedler, Robert Shaw Chorale, Morman Tabernacle Choir, Jerry Vale, Dean Martin, Bing Crosby, Milton Page, and every orchestral piece known to man. 🤣

Jen

As always you and yours come first. We're willing to wait nail biting but willing.

Amanda Yarbro

Whatever it is I'm excited! Always nice to start a "soon" message with some bass singing!

Karin Wolf

Never thought that soon would be too soon... but this time?? 🙄 Christmas song in the middle of summer? During a heat wave? 🤔 hmmmm... but it's you. So it will be o.k.! ☺️

Leonie Frenkert-Ghazi

Yes, Geoff! Sooooon it is Christmas, only 144 more days! It's already beginning to look like Christmas, everywhere I go 🤣😂🤣😅! I hope everyone will be back from summer Vacations in time! 😉😂🤣

Melanie Hobbs

I’m excited for anything new! Side thoughts — the a/c must be cranked up where you are if you’re wearing a knit sweater AND I think that “SOOOOOON” would work well on a t-shirt. It’s an in-joke for the patrons, but it’s generic enough that it’s easily understood by anyone. Would casual fans browsing the merch store put it in their carts? Less sure about that.

Susana

😁🥰

Cynthia Ross

Wait….we aren’t just skipping Halloween?!

Born Ancient

Ooooh! I'd love to hear a geoff version of Peace on earth / little drummer boy ( Bing/ Bowie) I think Geoff's rich bass tones & velvet higher range would add so much texture Maybe one day, even if not soon.....

Lori Templeman

Eagles are notorious for copyright strikes, so their catalog is pretty much off limits, unfortunately.

Lori Templeman

It could be a patron-only merch offering.
