I find that nothing really lets you know how good or bad you are at something like recording yourself on camera. The Camera doesn't lie - for example - it's truthful that i should friggin shave because I look like a homeless person. 

Anyway, i practice in front of a camera a lot, and when I was dumping footage off of my phone, i found this and thought I'd share. Warts and all.
