What mythical creature would be your Persona and why?

Sam Worms

I’ve never played a Yakuza game. Which one should I start with?

Victor Pham

How much does FOMO drive your interest in playing a game? We saw a lot of people ask what Yakuza games they needed to play before diving into Infinite Wealth, and it seems like people just want to hop into the shiny new thing and potentially rob themselves of a better experience by playing the previous game(s).

Tanner Hoisington

Prediction: Ueda's next game is finally announced, and it comes out at the latest in 2025 if not this year. People always point to The Last Guardians development in the same way as FFXV, which I feel are both extreme dev hell outliers. Even though both follow ups were developed during a pandemic, XVI came out much smoother.

Brandon Scott

LEO! what are your favorite loadouts in the finals? Also favorite team loadouts (e.g. three heavies with drop shield and hammers)?

SenttheProphet

2024 will bring the first games to hype up "LLM (Language Learning Models), ChatGPT-like" integration An RPG showing off dialogue options and paths with all NPCs operated by an "in-game chatgpt" AI. A PVP game showing off AI bots integrated (in more complexity than they do now), with voice communication as an example Some released, and other major studios teasing the future. Good or bad, whose to say, but it's coming in 2024

Palo

If you were given the necessary funding and license to turn an IP (of any type) into a board game, what IPs do you think you'd be looking at? Can I take Charlie and the Chocolate Factory or is that just already Candy Land?

Victor Jesus Moreno

Ben and Co Why are so many dang nabit games stuck on the PS3/360/Wii era?? The Darkness? Shadows of the Damned? Zach and Wiki? There's so many highlights just stuck on that era

Jerry Young

Hi Minnmax! I was curious if you ever go back and watch early gameplay trailers well after a game releases for comparison or things you may not have noticed initially. I recently jumped back into ghost of Tsushima a bit and found myself then watching the original e3 demo. Although there is no hud, it showed off duels, standoffs, and combat stances before we knew anything about them. Ever have an experience like this? Thanks!

RickyWinterborn

Did you have store or restaurant that you loitered at with friends growing up? Ours was the burger king in town and movie galaxy rental store next to it.

John Scovic

Missed Joke Opportunity from last week: after talking about Palworld for half an hour when Jacob was asked "Do you know how this whole thing operates?" he could have said "Patreon with guns!" Thank you for your time.

Zach Killian

Hello Minnmaxers! With Universal announcing Super Nintendo World at their theme park, what video game properties would you like to see get its own theme park? And what ride or attractions would you want to see from it? Keep up the great work!

Daniel Bradley

With the exception of the Wii every nintendo home console sold worse that the generation before since the original NES. SNES sold worse than the NES, N64 sold worse than SNES, Gamecube worse than 64, then the wild success of the Wii followed up with the WiiU which was the last nail in the coffin of Nintendos dedicated home console buisness. Do you think the switch 2 will or even needs to be bundled with a dock again to see success or do you think it will fully embrace its handheld status and maybe sell a dock separately for the people who want to play on tv. With the increase in price new hardware will probably bring I could see them going dockless to save money, lower the price, and get a little extra cash out of those of us who play on tv. Also do you think we ever get a dedicated home console again or was the world just not ready for the glory of the WiiU and Nintendo will never forgive us for it

Derrick Anderson

Hey MinnMax! I, like Janet, played and loved Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. I especially loved the way that, and I'll be vague to avoid spoiling anybody, the game held off on giving the player a basic metroidvania style ability until pretty late in the runtime. So late that I assumed they were going to do without so I was very pleasantly surprised that they included it at all. I thought that all the time spent without that ability really changed the way I thought about it once I had it, compared to other games where it's often a part of your starting kit. I suppose my question is, have any of you ever been delighted by a very basic inclusion in a game precisely because the developers withheld it from you at first or included it in a very interesting or unexpected way?

squab_distiller

All joking a salad, what game's art style do you want to be "borrowed," a la Palworld, and what genre would you like to see it in? For example, I want someone to copy the Windwaker aesthetic to make an EldenSoulsBorne of P style game.

Patrick G

Hello all, what's your go to mobile game time killer? I just discovered Coffee Golf and It's consuming my downtime.

Trent Weber

Can you explain which Final Fantasy VII Remakes I need to play? I played Remake on PS4 and loved it. Is Intergrade just an enhanced port or something I need to play? Is Final Fantasy Reunion part two of the remake trilogy? It seems important because of the RE branding on it or is it just a PSP port? There is also Rebirth (part 2/3?) and two mobile games. I'm invested in this but the branding has gotten muddy. Are people who don't follow gaming news able to follow this at all?

Sam Kennedy

2024 Prediction: The Switch 2 launches with 1-2-3 Switch, and JeffM is hired by Nintendo to provide voiceover for every single minigame

gybones

What’s something oddly specific that you do that you think everyone should do? For example, I dry off completely while still in the shower (and keep the water going either through the shower head or tub spout to keep warm til I’m mostly dry). Why get the bath mat wet and soggy? P.S. bring back tabletop game night and try out Medium

RynaGoGo

Howdy Ben and the Top 10s, A time traveling and omniscient YouTuber has made objective top 10s for every possible subject that has happened or will happen. But to not break space time you are only allowed to watch one and can never discuss it with anyone. Top 10 craziest aliens outside of your solar system? Top 10 longest farts on planet earth? You can watch ANY top 10 about anything. What top 10 are you watching?

Thom Blackburn

What defines a "PlayStation exclusive" vs a Nintendo and an Xbox exclusive?

Tommy Carver-Chaplin

Hi gang. A bit like the Psychodyssey documentary, if you could pick a behind the scenes deep dive into any studio, which would it be?

Steven Toth

Recently a buddy let me borrow Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart and I instantly fell in love with it. The platforming, gunplay, and cartoonish sci-fi style are exactly what I want. I spent the last couple months playing every ratchet and clank and I’ve had the time of my life! Have any of you ever jumped into a game series “late” and then had a wonderful surprise of a whole library now available to you?

VMEArcana (Very Much Earthed Arcana)

Loving Suicide Squad in early access, the issues with it stand out but probably the best core gameplay in a shooter I’ve ever played. What makes you admit you were wrong about a game?… Just Kidding, for the discussion this week, I’d love to know what element in a game is the first to win you over? Movement is the first thing I look for in any game.

Mike Lynch

What's the longest your hair's ever been?

HaulingGas

Ciao beautiful people, What is the oldest game on your backlog? And when the heck are you gonna get to it?

Daniel Doran

Hey folks, I just recently tried listening to a podcast while I did some shopping. All I've got is corded earbuds from the stone ages that came with my iphone years ago. Point is, I felt a little uneasy about it. I decided that when I went into the Dollar Tree, it didn't seem right to have the ear buds in...but when I went to Walmart, it seemed okay. What's y'alls take on earbud etiquette and listening to podcast while out and about?

MrButtons

Hey MinnMax! My big prediction for 2024 is that cozy games go Triple A. Not sure which studio will tackle this but the trend of cozy games has seemed to do nothing but grow in the indie space these past three years. I expect at least one prominent studio to try and take a big swing at bringing that success into a bigger budget title.

AnActualSadTaco

Perhaps it's my "laughs at jingling keys" baby brain, but I've been hooked on watching streamer and YouTuber reactions to some of my favorite scenes in video games the past few weeks. Red Dead Redemption 2 scenes have been a particular favorite lately (get on it Jeffm!). It's a fun dumb way to relive those moments or feelings. Do any of you have a favorite scene or moments in a game that you love to see others experience for the first time?

Hayden Williams

Hey there! 2024 is starting to fill out little by little. I want to know: what game announced or unannounced would you be happiest to have come out this year?

Peter Gallagher

I saw a porcupine while skiing in Vermont this weekend! What are the coolest animals the CLCs have seen in the wild??

SuperCerberus

How often do you think about your middle name?

LlorchDurden

2024 hot takes! I said it some weeks ago, Metroid Prime 2 Remaster shadow releases "after this direct is over" pretty much a year after Prime 1.

Modestbrock

With 3ds and Wiiu all but shut down, how concerned should Switch 1 owners be with Switch 2 on the horizon… allegedly.

Braulio Martinez

Hi all. How sick are you of Palworld? Ooh, I joke. I am in a serious drought. I haven't played anything for over a month (since the week before Christmas). This is crazy for me but got me wondering: what is the longest gaming drought of your life? And what is the longest one you've had since getting into gaming media (if any)? Love everything Minnmax. Keep killing it

The Sleepy MailMan

Hey, MinnMax! Why do you think laugh track sitcoms died out?

Bon Jon Bovi

Question: What would it take for a racing game to win Game of the Year at the Game Awards? A new type of story mode? Mario Kart 9? An uncharacteristically weak year of releases? Is there ANYTHING this genre can do to take home the gold? 2024 Prediction: People are sleeping on Metaphor: ReFantazio, which will end up as one of the top 3 highest rated games of the year.

Lamb Dance

Hey gang, I finally played Slay the Princess and thought it was really cool. One of my only gripes is I found the voice acting for some of the voices you hear honestly grating. Not bad acting, just more annoying than intended. Can you think of a game you liked where the voice acting was a problem for you?

beebat

How does Ben decide who to pick on each episode to ask how this whole thing operates? Is there a wheel of fortune off camera that he spins?

Travis in Fargo

If there were no new video games released ever again, starting tomorrow, how would this affect your life, this site, and your gaming habits? Would you be relieved to finally get a chance to catch up on older games? Are there enough video games that already exist for you to play to keep you satisfied for the rest of your life?

Christopher Reardon

I found myself Leo Vadering around my apartment while listening to Back on 74 by Jungle, and I had to ask myself: Why don't we dance more?

Chandler

Hi minnmax I have a question about your discord emojis. What does it feel like when someone uses an emoji of your face to express an opinion you don't agree with? Does it feel like anything? Like if a studio shut down and I react with a happy Hanson face, does that feel different to you than if I used a normal smiley emoji?

SlyCut

Hello all, I'm currently sick and it got me thinking. Do you have a game, show, or movie that you always go back to when you're sick?

Anthony Russo

What is your favorite game that you don't want to replay because you want to protect your memories of playing the game when it first came out/when you first played it. For example, one of my favorite games growing up was The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and I haven't gone back to play it since I originally played it on the 360 because I don't think it'll live up to the highs of how I remember it.

Veggie

I had a "Ratatouille" moment the other day where I bit into a curly fry and was whisked away back to my youth. I remembered the food that my school cafeteria served, mostly being mediocre or just gross (like the pizza), but the curly fries were amazing, so on curly fry day, kids would barter for fries and even get into fights over them, they were just that good. My question is, do you have any distinct memories of the school cafeteria food when you were younger? Was is it as bad as I remember? Did you have any favorites?

Nate Voris

I recently finished the Golden Idol/Obra Dinn-like indie game No Case Should Remain Unsolved (which was great btw!) Along with Chants of Sennaar it is cool to see a specific style of puzzle solving becoming its own subgenre. What niche game or game mechanic would you like to see blown out into its own subgenre of games?

Aging_Poorly

Hi team, I've got a "getting better" thought puzzle for you. Bad news: There's been a nuclear apocalypse, and you have to deal with raiders, mutated beasts, and post-apocalyptic politics a la Fallout. Good news: in addition to the traits and stats you already have now (in the pre-apocalypse), you get a free chance to become a better person by upgrading your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats. As a reminder, the "special" stat categories are Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, and Luck (which spells "Special"). You get to add three points to one category, two points to a second category, and one point to a third category. Where are you adding 3 additional points, where are you adding 2 points, and where are you adding 1 point - and are you trying to balance yourself out, or min-max?

Isaac Cooper

How much fast food do ya’ll eat per week, and what is your default order?

Caroline

What gaming franchise or series do you think is worth playing in its entirety (or its most-ety)? I've been curious about doing a deep-dive into a series I haven't played before and would love to hear y'all's recommendations.

HydraTower

What do you think a Two Tens of All Time would look like?

Stevelution

What’s something we’ve all accepted as true, that is absolute nonsense? I’ll start: a burger costs double figures.

Ian Miller

Hello Ben Hanson MinnMax Gang, A couple days ago made an observation to my girlfriend that people take the moon for granted. Without looking at the sky there's no way a layman can tell where it is in the sky or what phase it's in. Whatever state the moon is in, we accept it at face value. This quickly devolved into "How long do you think it would take you to notice if the moon had completely disappeared?" You get no outside input, no hysteria in the news, and no corroborating with friends and family. How long do you legitimately think it'll take you to realize the moon's vanished? I think it would be 2 months before I noticed. How observant do you think you all are? Would you notice the moon's absence? Thanks and keep on moon-ing, Ian

Rikimaru

Hey MinnMax! I find that there is an increasing number of video game duologies as opposed to trilogies. Some series seem to have found a satisfying end to a story like God of War Ragnarok. While others, used sequels to further explore gameplay opportunities, like Tears of the Kingdom. Unfortunately there are some series that may have ended too soon, like Half-Life or Titanfall. What is a game each of you would like to see get a third installment? Thanks! Bonus: What is a video game trilogy that may have been better served as a duology?

Travis in Fargo

Help, MinnMax Crew! Should I get an air fryer?!

Funky Duck

What's a very achievable video game thing you'd like to do in real life? I've always wanted to push open some big loading screen doors like Leon Kennedy. Where do I find these heavy doors??

Graham Walker

Why don't reviewers give games 0 or 1 out of 5 or 10, etc. ever?? Yes, you can argue a game is playable and functional therefore it's not 0 but why would you review a game that is so bad? By not using the bottom strata of review scores it clusters bad games with average games. More 0/10s please!

Malcolm Holliday

Hey MinnMax my prediction for 2024 is that we're gonna get a shadow dropped Mega Man game.

Travis in Fargo

Who’s the best movie villain of all time?

Travis in Fargo

Would you accept a jetpack from a total stranger?

Fatt Mish

What's your biggest dream from high school that hasn't come true yet?

Jason Wojnar

So there's an often repeated word in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth that sounds like "Suka" or "Souka" and sometimes the delivery sounds exactly like the B word in Ukrainian, Suka. My mind cannot get over it. Anyway, what's something in a game that's only funny to you and almost nobody else because of your background/life experience?

Joseph Stanichar

Have any of you read friend of the show Gita Jackson’s essay on their experience writing at Kotaku? I was struck by how miserable they said it was. I’m wondering if any of you had/have similar experiences with games journalism, and how does MinnMax work to try to prevent that kind of burnout? Or idk maybe Ben crunches everyone to the bone lol

Christian Jimenez

Do we get Metroid Prime 4 this year or will they have something else lined up for new Switch release?

Ben Shively

With physical media having more and more signs of fading into obscurity, what do you think will be the last mainstream physical game? Something like Madden 2026? Or will Sony keep releasing their major releases physically like The Last of Us Part III?

Crayter

What's more ridiculous: "Audiophile" marketed products, or "Gamer" marketed products? Examples: "Audiophile" cable risers, "Gamer" sleeves to reduce friction when moving your mouse.

Dusty Beaman

"What are some games that have been announced and forgotten that you wish would have come out?" Jeff M says Elden Ring and to play the tape back 3 years from now & Ben promised to play it back when Elden Ring wins all the game awards for 2021. Why didn't the clip get played for 2022? Why doesn't Jeff M get more appropriate levels of shame for his insistence that Elden Ring was never coming out? Please play the clip from The MinnMax Show on 09/16/2020 near the 1:39:10 mark and discuss.

Aaron Williams

Hail Minnimus Maximus! After reading a news article about a crematorium in the UK that are offering bereaved people bespoke vinyl records containing a small amount of their loved one's ashes. It got me thinking that if a similar service existed for Video Games, I would like to have my ashes contained within a copy of 2007’s WarioWare: Smooth Moves for the Nintendo Wii. The thought of my loved ones frantically waggling Wii Remotes in my honour, feels like an all too fitting way to be remembered. So, If the crew had the opportunity, In which video game would they like their earthly remains to be immortalised?

Kevin Kuper

When you get to play a game outside of work, what do you choose to play and how do you make the decision? I'm finishing Lies of P and loving it but looking at what to play next I feel paralyzed by choice with so many great games.

Vilis

Hello! In about a week I'm going to be doing a Polar Bear Plunge for a climate awareness and advocacy charity and at first thought of just asking if you all would Polar bear Plunge for a cause, but then thought "How do I make the show BETTER??" and so I ask what is the craziest thing you would be willing to do if it meant a $10000 donation to your charity of choice?

Qax

What's a game you should like but don't, and a game you shouldn't like but do! I'm a souls/character action person and I don't like the niohs. And I don't like super competitive games but love overwatch

Michael Berry

Will we ever see a Playstation All Stars 2? The first one was not perfect, but I had a lot of fun with it.

Tommy White

In November, Axios gaming quoted Iron Galaxy co-CEO Chelsea Blasko about Rumbleverse: “We had millions of people playing it. We just didn’t have people spending money on it.” Is that a damning indictment of the state of live service games if a game can shut down despite having millions of players? Can y’all think of any solutions to solve this issue?

Ari

Hi Minnmax, What’s your favorite snack from Trader Joe’s?

Ben with one N

Hello, MinnMax with two x's! You have died. I'm so sorry. But, great news! Before your next run, you have the chance to view one statistic from the course of your entire life. The question is, of course: what statistic do you want to see? Give us the juice!

Snark

Prediction: 2024 gaming industry layoffs will match or exceed 2023's...in Q1 2024 alone.

Stevelution

Hey Tim! With time having passed, what are your feelings on PsychOdyssey?

Sam Kennedy

Question for Tim Schafer -- One of the things I loved about Psychonauts 2 was its thoughtful and nuanced depiction of mental illness. It was refreshing to experience a narrative in which people with mental illness were not the butt of the joke. During development, how did the Psychonauts team ensure mental illnesses and the people who struggle with them were well-represented?

notweirder

Hey Minnmax! Question for Tim: If you had to place your money on three developers featured on Day of the Devs to survive a zombie apocalypse, which ones would you choose and why?

CptCobblePot

Hello Tim! Welcome to Minnmax again. Congrats on Day of the Devs officially becoming a 501. Does it feel bittersweet to not have to hunt for a publisher or run a crowdfunding campaign on the next Doublefine title?

Chandler

What's the nicest thing Tim Schafer can say about Ben Hanson?

Andy Dwyer

Do you think there’s a point when there’s too many trailers for a game and it starts hurting the marketing? Especially given the amount of work that trailers appear to take. I assume this question is brought to you by the state of play featuring Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth trailer number 7.

Joe Garifo

Howdy Tim and the Maxers! You and Jack Black seem to be very much on the same wavelength, how was it working with him? Do you keep in touch?

Jeorin

I just started playing the remastered PS1 game Rhapsody 2: Ballad of the Little Princess, which released in the US for the first time late last year. The series has a cute art style, features numerous musical song and dance numbers, and was marketed to appeal to young women. It is rated T for Teen. I have 3 'guess the game content' questions based on the first couple of chapters: The main character, Kururu and her best friend Crea are 12-year-old girls. Kururu wields a trumpet in battle, Crea yields which weapon: a) a parasol b) a sentient puppet c) a magnum revolver In chapter 2, Kururu and Crea go to get some ice cream. In the kitchen they are shocked to find the secret ingredient is: a) kidnapped people from the town b) stray cats c) anthropomorphic cats eat the ingredients and their poop is the ice cream Last question. The main villain tempts one of the villains from the first game to her cause using a magical potion of: a) eternal youth b) healing for her ill sister c) breast enhancement The correct answer for every question is 'C'. Never judge a game by its cover, I guess? BTW, the cat poop reveal was done during a musical segment. It was absolutely insane and had me yelling out loud in disbelief.

Mike Lynch

Heya, Tim. Despite looking incredibly comfortable on camera in the Psychoddesy documentary, is there still a part of being filmed that you have yet to get used to?

ProcyonNumber6

Hey Benn and Friennds! Call it now, what will be number 3 on your top 10 for 2024? Between anticipation and bias a lot of us usually anticipate our top game of the year. I’m wondering what is game is going to be great but not number 1 for you this year. My pick, No Rest for the Wicked. Moon studios next project.

Spencer P

Hey all, I was going through Spotify and could not believe that Nintendo has NO music on music streaming platforms and the only thing available is covers. I feel like this is a huge revenue stream for Nintendo that they are missing out on and is a fairly easy win (though I know music licensing is a major pain so I could be totally wrong) What are some major wins that you feel that are out there for some gaming company that they are choosing to leave on the table and why do you think they are leaving money on the table?

thejjuan1

Hello minnmax. Sooooo it looks like Spec Ops: the line got delisted and the way 2K wrote the statement, it looks like it not coming back. Looks like that deepest dive for that game is now dead.

Joseph Horak

Hot or Not (one word answers only): - Skill trees? - Fishing mini-games? - Text-heavy narratives in games? - Books? - Jacob Geller?

Patrick Hughes

Ahoy hoy TimmMax and friends. Jumps in video games are fine. Double jumps though are Double Fine (pause for laughs and/or groans). With that pun out of the way, what is your favorite game / instance of the infamously most video game mechanic that is the double jump? Also, my bold prediction (or wishful dreaming) for 2024 - We get a first look at a new Animal Crossing entry and it features unimaginably big wilderness zones to explore and catch bugs / fish in new ways, go rock climbing up mountains, explore caves, participate in multiplayer geocache challenges and more; Releasing in 2025.

Jonathan Dinh

Hello Ben and the CLCs, I feel like with Prince of Persia getting great reception, I want 2024 to be the return of dormant series from major publishers. Some things I would like to see: Star Fox Megaman An Onimusha reboot/sequel Metroid Prime 4 reveal My question is, what dormant series would you like a surprise reveal for this year? Bonus for reboots into different genres like Prince of Persia moving to Metroidvania

Brian W

Mario kart has characters from animal crossing, splatoon and Zelda. Assuming we are getting a new entry in the series what new character will make an appearance?

Alistare

Hey MinnMax! Is a platform like Letterboxd but for games a good idea? If there is one, what would you choose to display as your four favorites?

Tanner Hoisington

Question for Tim: I was just thinking about your games and it occurred to me that outside a couple of Vita ports you've never made a handheld game! Were you ever a fan of handheld gaming? Maybe one day there'll be a Double Fine playdate title? Also Trenched is one of my all time favorite indies. Please bring that back!

Geoff Enright

Hello MinnMax and Tim Schafer! Psychodyssey is the greatest documentary series I've ever seen, and there are too many reasons to gush about it I know Hanson has already or will say, so thank you for your part with its creation. With video games, despite work stress, what is your favorite aspect of creation and why? I've loved seeing it all laid out in your multiple docu-series on the subject. -Groffles

Shawn Mills

Hi Tim, thank you for making my childhood full of pirate adventures and grog. Did you play Return to Monkey Island and what did you think of it?

Graham Walker

Tim particularly, as a massive Atari fan over the years (even making an appearance on Atari 50) what do you consider to be the all time best Atari game? Also, Tim, please could you bring psychonauts to switch?

Ravelle

Hey MinnMaxers! There's but one thing on my mind lately, do you think we'll be getting a new game by Lucas Pope this year? Does he still make games? It's been 6 years and we don't hear much from him. The OST from Obradin goes through my head at least a couple of times a year.

Luca Alberti

Hello Tim and Crew! BIG fan of the PsychOdyssey documentary. Recently because of Super Mario Bros. Wonder and the movie The Boy and Heron from Miyazaki I've been thinking about creatives passing the torch to new generations. Seeing the documentary, it feels like Tim's writing is a massive creative endeavour and I'm now questioning what his philosophy is about who (if anyone) to pass the baton to, is he going to actively look for quirky writers or is the hope that his craft will influence others?

Fred Dinovo

Howdy all What movie/TV show food do you want to eat the most? Example: the burger from The Menu For me it's the imaginary pie from Hook

Kyle Silva

If Jump by Van Halen started playing, what are the odds that you get into the song and start jumping at the chorus?

KDArslan

Hey there Tim and MinnMax, Last week's Global Game Jam got me thinking about how limitations can lead to innovation and creativity. Seeing Amnesia Fortnight bring about what would eventually become Compton's level in Psychonauts 2, or learning that Inscryption started as a Ludum Dare project, are two inspiring examples for me. What are some your favorite games, levels, mechanics, etc. that originated in a game jam?

RabidLime

what's your go-to karaoke song?

alexok37

I feel like everybody had a game/toy related trauma as a kid. What was the game/toy that made you write your name on everything really big when you were a kid? For me gauntlet legends for the N64, one of my "friends" tried to steal it and fortunately it already had my brother's name on it in marker!! From that point forward I trusted nobody.

RabidLime

are there any games you go back to during certain times of the year? it's winter (apparently), so i'm very into The Long Dark at the moment. but when spring comes around, i'll probably go back to StarCraft 2. so, how's about you?

Trapezoid

My question is: Who the heck is Tim, and why are all these questions directed to him? I see nothing about a Tim in the episode description here . . . Am I missing something?!

Leah

Hey MinnMax! I have a prediction for you: Last October an indie RPG released called In Stars and Time, and I feel like it's flown mostly under the radar despite being one of the best RPGs I've ever played. My prediction is that at some point in 2024, word will get out and it'll find a place in history close to what Undertale has.

Robert Kelvey

My wife and I have started playing adventure (point and click) games together on PlayStation a lot recently. Some are legitimately bad (games by Artifex Mundi) but others are great, like Syberia: The World Before. Does anyone have any point and click style adventure game recommendations? What are your favorites in this genre? Thanks!

Brad Beyer

What is your favorite snack to pair with a quality gaming session?

Tom Rickard

Hey folks and Tim Schafer! Tim, I just want to say thank you for Brutal Legend, it introduced me to metal at a very young age and also introduced me to the concept of comedy in video games instead of just TV or movies. How hard was it to license all of the songs for Brutal Legend’s soundtrack? It seems like a logistical nightmare with the sheer amount of songs in that thing. Love your work and hoping for a Brutal Legend 2 one day!

BEEFCAKE

Hope I’m not too late to submit a question. I want to know if Tim Schaeffer was a sandwich what kind of sandwich would he be?

Jeff (GazpachoManRandyCabbage)

I NEED to know how in on Death Stranding 2 Jacob will be now after finally getting through MGS1 and 2 and steeping in Hideo.

Fred Dinovo
