It’s been foreshadowed several times, but we really need to get that shipwreck dive between Aya, Chihaya, and Eri. In this situation it could be justified by all three girls/women wanting to impress Ken, so they bring him along in scuba gear. I could even imagine all three going down in bikinis for once, something to sell their sex appeal. An underwater grudge match, if you will. At least I hope that’s what we’re setting up narratively.

Well, one thing Chihaya could be suggested to is: Even if Jun ends up getting together with either girl, they *are* her cousin or mentor figure. Is it really that terrible if they get together with Jun? Not to say she should *want* it to happen, but it's better than Jun having eyes for some complete stranger.

Aya VERY much is. Before the match with Saki, when she had just minutes to breathe before her longest dive to date, she used at least one of those minutes to attempt to ask Ken out, before blushing furiously and running to the other side of the boat. She also had that whole TALKING UNDERWATER thing where she and Chihaya just floated in a cave for several minutes before professing their love for him, before having to swim the rest of the way. Eri flirts mostly, but there was that one time she got drunk and tried to strip in front of Ken. If anything, the only core cast member who isn’t at least a little interested is Saki.
