Hall Pass: Part 2 (Patreon)

Here's the next part of my latest story. In Part 1 our cuck protagonist Wade gave his partner Bradley a hall pass to sleep with a celebrity by the name of Luca, only to run into Luca in their hotel elevator that very same night. Here's the next part of the story, told from Bradley's perspective.
I didn’t go looking for this, I swear. After that night I just assumed I’d never see Luca Rivera again. But running into him at the gym seemed like the universe was trying to tell me something, and I wasn’t willing to ignore the universe a second time.
To be totally honest, when we’d seen him in the lift I’d been on the verge of talking to him. I mean, I had permission in advance, so why not? But I’d only had a few seconds to decide and I’d talked myself out of it, told myself it would be crazy. As soon as he disappeared I was pissed at myself for not seizing the opportunity. Not that anything would have come of it, but still I would have been proud of myself for shooting my shot, flirting with one of the hottest up-and-coming stars in the world.
But I’d figured that even if I had Wade’s permission in theory, real life was a whole different story. So I’d convinced myself I couldn’t just blatantly flirt with a guy right in front of him. So I was even more pissed at myself when Wade told me he really would have been okay with it, because I’d let the chance go for nothing.
I’m not sure if he really meant it, even if he thought he did. Because it’s one thing to say he would have been fine with it, once the moment was over and he never actually had to confront the situation for real. Still, we’d had some pretty great sex after that conversation. Wade even fucked me different to how he usually does, which meant when I closed my eyes and imagined it was Luca’s fucking me I could almost believe it.
So when I saw Luca walk into the hotel gym my mind was made up in an instant. I was definitely going to make a move. Nothing full-on, just a little light flirting. Just to prove that the guy wasn’t completely out of my league.
He was wearing these split-seam running shorts that showed off the muscle tone on his tanned thighs, and a singlet that draped loosely off his chest. The shimmer of sweat across his skin, the damp of his chest hair and the few damp ringlets of hair clinging to his forehead told me that he’d already been exercising — probably been for a run around the block. But while I could feel myself looking worse for wear from my treadmill run he still looked flawlessly camera-ready.
He glanced my way when he entered. I met his eyes for half a second, and that’s all the time it took to recognise some interest. I didn’t say anything at that point; I wanted to play it cool, and I figured he probably had guys coming up to him uninvited in public places all the time and I didn’t want to be just another one of those.
I waited till there was an opportunity that seemed natural, and it turns out I didn’t have to wait that long. As I was doing some dumbbell weights he came over right by where I was standing, to grab some weights of his own. And then we were standing there, a metre apart from each other even though we were the only two people in the gym.
“In town for Mardi Gras?” I asked him, keeping the tone casual.
“Yeah,” he replied. “Well, kind of. Mainly work stuff, but it’s all timed around Mardi Gras. You?”
“Yeah, thought we’d come check out the festivities,” I said.
“Here with your boyfriend?” he asked.
I instantly regretted using the word we. First rule of trying to pick up is that you don’t immediately bring your partner into the conversation. It was obvious why Luca had asked, too, and floundered around trying to think of a way to respond. In the end I just blurted out, “We’re open.”
Luca laughed, and I immediately regretted how desperate and obvious that sounded. Real smooth, man, I told myself.
But the statement obviously had the intended effect, because the next words out of Luca’s mouth were, “Good to know.” He paused — a lingering pause that communicated more than words could, before he changed the subject, asking about where I was from.
We talked for a few minutes, and the whole time I was psyching myself up to say something — not sure what — to communicate that I’d be up for it if he wanted me to wander down the hall to his room some time if he was bored and horny.
He got there first though. He looked at his watch and said, “Oh damn, I need to get going.” He put down his weights, and looked like he was about to walk away, before he paused and looked me in the eyes and asked me, “Would you like to get a drink with me later?”
