Just listened to this after finishing the game on Switch recently. I doubt you get much feedback for shows years after they've been released so wanted to say I enjoyed it!

Awesome episode! I realized I never DID successfully download the Quake shareware—I found a hardcopy on a CD-ROM in some store. So that enormous GB sized file I was trying to download as a child was almost certainly full of garbage. Looks like a legit shareware version would’ve only been a few dozen MB. Dodged a bullet there!

Been playing some Quake II RTX recently. (Different game I know.) So far the level design has impressed me! I've tuned the ray-tracing the way I like it with the textures "OFF".
